What is a good fast way to get a six pack without losing my unhealthy diet? (or at least soda)?
i played football i am 14 football season just ended but i was a lineman
i have a belly and my pecs are more like boobs but not big
i do crunches and stuff in weights class but nothing shows
i do cruches with a 25 pound weight too sometimes
i want like a v line and not really defined but visible abs
like excorsisez with reps and stuff

swimming for 3 hours a day
