What is a good diet and work outs to loss weight and get a six pack?

i am about 15 lbs over weight and want to join the Marines, what are some good workouts to get a six pack and a diet to loss the weight so that the six pack is visable plz plz plz help i will do what ever works but pill cuz there not healthy and they dont work i just need a good diet to loss the fat and some good workouts to get the six pack. Its like nothing works i really would like some help cuz its hard to know what to do thanks. :)

    make sure you’re doing some type of cardio like running, everyday, and even though this is for girls haha you can do these ab excercises every night and for you, maybe since you’re a guy you can double the amounts:
