all fruits are good for you …. just stay away from junk foods and make sure you work ur abs out everyday and do some cardio too (running, swiming, jumproping)

i assure you eating fruit wont get you a six pack….great cardio and ab exercises will
fruits??? working out helps, but this guy i know has a six pack and he eats alot of apples…
