First of all do side bends and twists in the morning and evening whilst eating less — aim: lose weight and tone.
After a week or two of doing the above, start on the following:

    The crunch
    Twists
    Leg raise
    Side bends
    Hanging knee raise
    The crunch again.

do all the above for more than 2 months and you will see everything you want to see. Getting a flat stomach and a six pack is so easy, so many people make a big deal out of it.

Push Ups, Running, Lifiting heavy things. there are loads of ways

  • My Religion Is Bigger than Yours says:

You don’t need any exercises to get abs. All you need to do is lower your body fat to 8% or less for men, and 14% or less for women. Everyone has abs, they’re just obscured by layers of fat.

Crunches and situps etc, are nice, but if done in excess they can be actually bad for your back.

well you could walk to your local off licence pick up a 8 pack of stella, take 2 out and voila!!!mission accomplished.lol

  • pagold says:

sit-ups, crunches (all types), leg lifts

  • obscene gene says:

Crunches. Just do variations. Lie on your back with feet on a chair. Sit on the edge of a chair or table, extend your legs and keep your core tight lean back slightly so your body forms a "V". Pull legs in while crunching abs, hold and extend slow. Vary holding times too.

  • Leah says:

Full sit ups (work much better than crunches)
    Planks
Running (burns the fat that rests above your six pack)
    Pulleys

  • Alison B says:

    Sit up’s

  • [[..dncahfaevah..]] says:

    1. Situps – 100 every night
    2. crunchs
    3. twists
4.lying on the floor and lifting your legs

basically anything that makes your stomach ache after a while but they say the best excersizre there is is running

but am sure you dont want to go out running so id stick to the situps and crunches if i was you

Well, I do 20-30 regular crunches to warm up. Then, do the same amount of crunches, with the left leg raised, while crunching to the right (that works the obliques, I think) then reverse to do the other side. Then do the same thing, but have your left elbow touch your right knee while crunching, and reverse for the other side. (I only do 10 of these, cause the next part kinda hurts) The last part is, to lye flat on the floor, hands behind your neck, and raise both your legs at the same time, until their pointing straight up. Do this 10-15 times. (This works the lower part of the abs) By this time, I would be incredibly sore, but I got a good workout in under 10 minutes.

If you can, I would suggest buying a stability ball, and a small weight ball. As for the actual abs, I would suggest crunches, reverse crunches, planks, and leg lifts. However, remember that you need to burn the fat around the stomach.
