What do I have to do to get 6 pack abs?

I want 6 pack abs and Im not looking for a site to join or something…maybe a site that directs me to some directions on how to get a six pack. Or put some advice on here please.

I’M 13 and weigh 124 pounds. Im 5 foot something lol.

    dont eat food that contains fat +and+ get a cardiovascular schedule such as (run a mile 3 times a week / increase by 1 mile every week)

    I would recommend doing crunches and sit ups and any excercises that require your core mucles (those include abs).

    However, you need to just overall workout and do cardio to lose weight to show the ab muscles. So just doing crunches does not help, you need to lose the weight covering your muscles on your stomach, and to lose the weight you need to overall workout.

    eat healthy food ( not fast food) doesnt mean stop but like after 3 weeks or so and exercise do crunches , sit ups and a also push ups to get fit thats how i got mine

    lots of cardio first (about an hour to two hours). Then do all sorts of ab stuff. The bicycle is the best (look it up if you need to). Reverse crunches, hollow holds, and leg lifts are all good to. crunches and sit ups are the worst and give little results and your back starts to hurt after a while of doing them. Focus on quality over quantity. Tighten your abs as hard as you can whenever you do an exercise, because otherwise you won’t get good results even if you did a million of them. eat lots of protien, fruits, and veggies too.

    You are NOT overweight. But if you really feel like you need to get that six pack, I’ve always found that crunches burn the most calories. Pick up a copy of Cosmogirl, they have plenty of directions of different excersizes you can do on your own.
