What do i do to gain muscle and gain a six pack fast and what should i eat?
i am 15 years old and i’m 5′8 i work out 5 times a week i do cardio, stretches, and then i start working out. i work out different muscle groups in certain days. i have a see the 4 pack forming already, what should i do to have a six pack? do i eat a lot of foods with protein after i workout or do i eat a little?

you are not going to see a whole lot of muscle gains if you are doing too much cardio. im not saying cardio is bad but 20 minutes a day should be enough if you want to gain muscle because any more than that your body will go into a catabolic mode where it actually breaks down muscle for fuel. i would keep the cardio to a minimum. as for your diet, you need to consume the most amount of protein right after your work out and also make sure you are getting enough protein throughout the day. 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight is what most people go by but it would not hurt to consume more
The only way to get a six pack is to decrease your body fat. You already have the muscles, but a layer of fat is covering them. The best way to get the definition you want is to eat fewer calories per day, but maintain, if not increase, the amount of cardio work you do because you have to burn more calories than you eat.
doing cardio is good.But it depends on intensity.I would suggest warm up for 3-4 mins in treadmill and hit the weights for an hour and then do walking for 3.0 miles/hr for 30 mins and do running 4.0-6.0 miles/hr for the last 30 mins.This will cause your body to switch from carbs to fat.Starting ot with running first will burn all the protein and carb down first.Eat protein,medium carbs and low fat.
1 thing you want to do if you are trying to get a 6 pack. is to do crunches. now i know you may hate them or people have already told you to do it. but lay down on the floor. put your feet in the air and cross them. MAKE SURE YOUR FEET ARE BENT BY THE KNEE CAPS. then u start to do the crunches. dont come ^ all the way. half way. u will start 2 fill it after about 5-10 crunches.
