What diet should I mix with the 8 minute abs workout?

I started 8 minute abs this morning & I place on doing it everyday for a month to get into shape for the new school year, my birthday, and this concert fest thing. What diet should I put with this to have the best results?

    You may want to combine a running or jogging routine with the abs workout, maybe even some push-ups and squats to even your muscle toning and make the abs workout more efficient.
    As far as diet, a high-protein, low-fat diet would be best. If you are looking to lose a few pounds, vegetables, fruits, and nuts should make up a good portion of your diet with low-fat meats mixed in with reasonable portions.
