what are the best and quickest exercise to get abs?

I am doing sit ups, crunches, have a bowflex, and an ab lounge, nothing gives really noticable results and its been 6 months

    V-PIKE PRONE AB CRUNCH (3 SETS OF 10)

    • LIE FACE DOWN (PRONE) ON THE BALL WITH YOUR HANDS ON THE FLOOR FOR STABILITY

    • BEGIN WITH THE BALL POSITIONED AT THE UPPER THIGH WITH YOUR LEGS EXTENDED

    • WITH LEGS EXTENDED, LIFT BOTH UPPER AND LOWER BODY AT THE SAME TIME, CREATING A SIDE LYING V. LOWER YOUR BODY SLOWLY.

    • REPEAT ON THE OTHER SIDE

    Try doing a bicycle – lay on the floor and work your arms and feet in a bicycle motion. This gets to all of your ab muscles and gives you a complete workout.
