    Contrary to popular belief, sit-ups and crunches are not the best exercises for getting a six-pack.

    I knew a friend that could do 300+ sit-ups in 5 minutes (that’s faster than one per second for 5 minutes straight). He didn’t have a six-pack. I knew another guy who couldn’t do 100 sit-ups at any one time, he had a six-pack. The only way to get a six-pack is to lose body fat. If you have less than ~10% body fat, you will have a six-pack. You will for sure with less than 8%. The best way to lose that is to run and drink 1 gallon of water per day.

    Running burns the most calories in the least amount of time causing you to burn of fat (your energy "reserves"). Running also works out your abs a little bit, so they will be toned. Drinking water allows your body to metabolize the fat. If you don’t drink enough water, you will actually gain wait!

    Don’t give up! It’s a lot of hard work, but it’s worth it. You will find yourself with a healthy looking body and a lot more energy.

    Body cruches. hang from something and curl your whole body up.

    Run 2-3 miles at least 3x a week
