What are some good ways to start getting a six pack?

I’m 5’8 and i weigh 150 pounds. I’m not fat, and i do have a faint six pack. The rest of my body is pretty muscular though. But i’m starting to put on a bit of fat on my abdominal area. I need to know some exercises that will help me with this. Besides sit ups. Are there any foods that i should start eating regularly? I just need some very good tips that will give me results in about a month. Come on health freaks! Hit Me with your best shot! =)

    1. Start running every day (do what you can and increase slowly).
    2. Eat/drink more protein calories, but…
    3. Start lifting weights!

    You can tone certain parts of your body, but you can’t spot-lose fat. It comes off all over when you start losing weight.

    I do sit-ups using weights because it’s too easy without them.

    Well…increase your meals to 5 to 6 small meals a day. NOT JUNK food of course. To get that six pack, maybe you should make sure you get 25to 35 minutes of cardio (to reduce your "fat") and continue with strength training. If you lift weights…be sure to hold your stomach muscles in!
