What are some good ways to get Abs?
I’m a 13 year old girl and I play on a traveling soccer team and I am constantly conditioning and doing ab work at practice.I’m not fat, I’m always told to be skinny, but I just want to get my stomach in not a crazy six pack form but at least a little four pack. What are some dieting ways or exercises to help me obtain this goal.Thank You. ![]()

eat lots of protein and less fat. do not drink pop / soda. try to avoid fast foods and processed foods, and instant meals. thats the only diet plan i can offer. in terms of exercise, you play soccer so you should be fine.
