What are some good protein, muscle builder, weight gainer type things that I can put in milkshakes,cereal,etc? I’m looking for things to put in milkshakes and cereal to help me gain muscle and weight on top of me lifting weights. What can i put in milkshakes,cereal, or anything else?

    You can buy a commercial protein powder at wal-mart or a GMC store..you can add this stuff to things like a glass of milk, ice cream, yogurt, smoothies, and all sorts of other stuff… this powder comes with at least 26 grams of protein so using double scoops is a must when weight lifting..Hope this helps!

    My football season is over and im trying to gain weight and muscle too what i do is drink a bottle of "whey" protein shake drink(find it at walmart) before work outs and for food i eat a lot of meat like chicken, beef and i have peanut butter (no jelly) in times for snack.
