I work at a desk job and need to keep the stomach from growing. I get some down time but I have to stay at the desk.

Lean back into your chair and scissor your legs off the ground (up and down and criss cross) if youre able to get on the floor, feet straight up in air and touch your toes

You are not at work 24/7. Go and do some proper excercise and play some sport in your time off. Work is for work, not toning your abs. If you think your job is helping to make you fat, toss it in, get a job working physically hard.

Suck it in!! All the time. Sitting, walking, whenever. Tiring at first, but you get strong if it becomes a habit. Particularly good for pregnant women to retain muscle tone, and strengthens lower back at the same time. Just remember. A six pack is not normal. That’s extra hard work. Don’t worry about that. This won’t stop you getting fat. You’ll just have strong muscles under the fat if you eat too much. Apparently it also helps if you sit in a chair that lengthens the shape of the spine, rather than crunch you over in a slump.
