To get a 6 pack you have to do plenty of exercises. I recommend crunches,leg lifts, running. Swimming is probablyy the best exercise for you, you burn lots of calories and develop strong abdominal muscles. But for it to show you have to watch what you eat. If youdon’tt eat healthy and just eat junk food you can workout all u want and wont see a thing(depending on ur metabolism). So eat rite,do abdominal exercisess as well as a lot of cardio.
Depending on how much BF you have, it’s 2 months is enough time to get a six-pack.
