I WANNA GET A SIX PAK SO BAD, I ALREADY DO JOGGING ALMOST DAILY AND I HAVE LOST SO MUCH WEIGHT FROM IT. SO NOW I WANNA GET ABS.

First, stop typing in all caps.
now,
1. sit-ups, crunches, and any other abdominal work
2. plenty. do at least 3 sets of 15.
3. it depends on the person. try supplementing your diet with soy, lentils, and other high protein foods. You want to build muscle.
4. I’d say 6 days a week. rest up on sunday. don’t forget to head to the gym to use some abdominal machines to increase the work you’re doing.
Well you can get abs by just having less than 8% body fat, also you could do one of the six million sit ups, captains chair, or anything dealing with balancing your core
