What a good ab workout to get a six pack?
for some reason icant get a six pack. my diet is great so all ineed is a BETTER routine
my routine is:
-weighted crunches (100)
-elbow to knees(twisted crunches) (50)
-ankle touches (50)
-planks (1 min)
-side planks (1 min each arm)
then i repeat each
what is a more intense routine that will help?

well 1st off..You should go. Mon crunchs n reverse crunchs..Wed Situps..and Friday break day work your arms n legs if you want..My workout is.. Monday arms chest and abs 45mins aday..Tues rest Weds Legs. 30mins..Thurs..rest..Fri..everything. Arms chest abs legs..how ever long it takes..but your just doing way to many abs ex’s dont stay on one thing work the rest of your body out..plus riding a bike is good to running jogging or walking is also good.
Stability ball engages more muscles to make you balance and used for control.
have some patience i guess
You also need a minimum of 6% body fat. and you will need too be extremely consistant.
