whar workout you should do to get muscles, abs, and a body like paul walker's?
i want a body like paul walker’s, i’m in 8th grade, i’m 5 ft 3, i workout every other day i have a six pack abs but a little fat covering but i’m skinny like 95 lbs, so what do you do to get his workout i just want his body as much as girls want megan fox’s body

In all seriousness, like im not trying to act like a big bad guy…In order to have a body like paul walker, your body has to be in the mature state as paul walker. That’s a 37 year old man. Around the college years is when the changes start to really hit you.
By all means, however, you can start now. I’d say start with push ups, situps, pull ups and running (very important to become lean). Like a lot. Once your body begins to take the next leap (height, mass, etc.) then you can start picking up the weights and WORKING HARD STILL!! In addition, Paul Walker takes steriods because he’s a sissy little actor. An athlete or a gymnist or simply someone who wants to naturally gets strong are good examples of hard working people who’s results, in my opinion are way better than an actor and are defnitely harder earned.
Just remember: Always work HARD and STAY CONSISTENT with your programs.
