Weight loss itself or the protein and carbs difference gets the 6 pack abs results?

I notice that when my weight gets lowered the abs look better. However, I hear stories about carbs and proteins….it all gets too technical. Is it all about the technical(carbs and proteins) or the overall in general (weight loss) when it comes to having a great body?

    6 packs… okay your total body fat is what gives you a six pack; we all have one under the flab somewhere if your body fat is under 10% (men) or 14% (women) then it should show through. working your abs (crunches) will make them look more impressive when they do show through. Lose fat to gain a pack.
