Question by jmccarter7386: What is the best way to get six-pack abs and tone the body?
I’ve just gotten back into working out, I have been doing it for almost a year now; my question is this, what is the best way to get a six-pack and tone the body as well? Would weight training or body-weight training work? I’m already on a diet and drink water. Here is my question again: what is the best way to get six-pack abs and tone the body as well?

    @tobyhel0 yes it would, but you also need to do Cardio Work out at least for half an hour a day, sleep well, avoid smoking and drinking and have a balanced diet until you get the results you want.
    why sleeping well, avoid smoking and drinking?
    Smoking and a bad sleep behavior causes your body to realease Cortisol, which makes the fat in you belly harder to burn. and Drinking? have you seen the belly of people who drink a lot of beer?

    it’s do able with only 20 reps, as I do it over the next few weeks I should be able to do the full 30 or even level 2. I can’t do 8 as a crunch though, I just end up doing a full situp, any advice?

    dang this looks hard, 30 reps of all 8 in a row with only a couple half minute breaks? Right now I’m doing 75 situps in one go once a day, but if this is what it takes to get a six pack then ok.
