If I eat right and do cardio and other weight training, will I still see results if I only do this exercise once a day for two months?

just did the whole excersize, u feel ur abs burning but i recemmend to put something onder ur ass and back because when ur on the ground it wil hearth your back, neck and ass xD lol

@KrestenFJ It works if you use good form, and aren’t fat. If you have a good layer of fat on your stomach you could do ab workouts all day, and it won’t make a difference. Diet and cardio are way more important than any exercises.
