Freshman year in highschool, buffened up some over the summer with football practice and conditioning (including weight training).
For a while now I’ve been wanting visible abs. But Ive had some extra fat on my belly for a long time now, and although with a shirt on, you can’t tell that it’s there, but with a shirt off, it’s embarrassing. So I never take off my shirt for that reason.
Even more embarrassing, I kinda have man boobs. They are barely there but I so desperately want to get rid of them! They are the main reason why I never take off my shirt. I hate them so much and will do anything to get rid of them.
Can someone please tell me how I can get rid of this fat and get visible abs?

But I’m big for my age (not big meaning fatness, big meaning taller than most and big boned). And I always end up eating a lot, probably more than what I should, and the wrong thing to eat too. Like when my dad brings something home for dinner or the family goes out to dinner, I have a hard time finding something to eat.

Alright well I am 15 almost 16 so I have the best metabolism of my life so ive heard.
Well I am getting a 6 pack…well i have one for the most part when i "flex" you can kinda see it when i dont. But I dont know what to do to get it more defined.
I eat 6 meals a day, and eat healthy and everything so I am dieting for the most part…i do eat till I am nearly full for the meals so I know thats not good but i thought my metabolism might make up for that.
And I work out my abs 3 times a week. Dont say to work them everyday cause I did that for 6 months and it stopped working after the second month. My current regiment is obviously working or has been working, because I had a 4 pack at the beginning of the summer.

6 Pack Abs problem – I got a 2 different sides?
I have been working on my abs for a long while now, and am not so much on a strict, as to lose weight, but to keep my body good looking and Athletic enough and not like a scarecrow rode.
The problem is that one segment of my 6 pack is more ‘defined’ then the other side is. My right side looks normal, but my left side looks ‘bulky’ and a tad flatter then the other side, as more of a 4 pack.
I tried doubling my workout load on my left side of the abdomen, but it didn’t help any click, while my right side still looks great.
Does anyone have any advice on how I can make my 6 Packs more ‘defined’ both sides? I want them balanced.

I am 13 years of age and over the last what, 3-4 days have been trying to achieve those dream abs! I do plenty of cardio everyday – badminton/jogging/boxing, and also do 100 normal and reverse crunches along with lot’s of bicycle and leg lifts. I am on quite a strict healthy diet, eating plenty of fruit/veg/cerial and drinking lot’s of water.
I am trying to achieve the 6 pack before the 19th, which gives me 19 days from now before I go on holiday.

Something that’s had me wondering: When lying down and by lifting my neck up just the slightest I get that dream six pack, literally, but when I tense while standing up I can only achieve a 4 pack and if I’m lucky, the outline of a six pack. I’m wondering if I am tensing wrongly, if someone could describe the exact way to tense properly that would be greatly appreciated!

Breakfast – Oatmeal Or Yogurt Or cereal most of times

- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff
