How long and how would it take to get girl abs?
How long and how would i get abs? Im a girl and do push ups, lift weights, leg up, & fast crunches.I do tie kwan do and they have me do tons of kicks and stuff like that…but im looking for help on what i have to do to get abs. How to get ripped abs and a chest without weights or a gym in less than a month?
So I have been working since February on abs and my chest. I can do like 200-300 sit ups and not break a sweat. I can do the same with pushups. I don’t have a gym. I do have weights but they are only like 3 lbs. And I am really skinny like I’m 16 and just barely 120. So I can’t really lose any more fat.

Alright well I am 15 almost 16 so I have the best metabolism of my life so ive heard.
Well I am getting a 6 pack…well i have one for the most part when i "flex" you can kinda see it when i dont. But I dont know what to do to get it more defined.
I eat 6 meals a day, and eat healthy and everything so I am dieting for the most part…i do eat till I am nearly full for the meals so I know thats not good but i thought my metabolism might make up for that.
And I work out my abs 3 times a week. Dont say to work them everyday cause I did that for 6 months and it stopped working after the second month. My current regiment is obviously working or has been working, because I had a 4 pack at the beginning of the summer.
Anyone have any tips on how I can get my abs more defined?

why have a started too get abs when i stopped exercising and started eating MacDonald's?
basically like about a year and a half ago i decided too get a 6 pack, i was 15 and i did sit ups evory day and then i started doing them with weights, i did them evory day and it was getting too the point where i was actually dreading doing them cus the weights were making my back hurt but i did it for like 6 months i was doing 50 reps 3 times a day with (i think each weight was 8kg and i had 2 dumbbells on my shoulders) and after a while all i had was a line down the middle i could feel lightly and a bad back so i decided it wasn’t worth it and stopped, i could do 6k normal sit ups and had nothing visible
i also used too ride my bike every day with my m8s
now im 16 at col and its like a year l8r i don’t so any sit ups or anything i don’t ride my bike and got a bus pass and i eat MacDonald’s at least 3 times a week cus its near the collage and my m8 has d staff discount card but now i have a well visible four pack that i seem 2 have developed in the last few months and you can see the other 2 when i lean back and tense my stomach (i have some stomach fat that’s why i need too lean back)
i have always carried any weight on my stomach i have literally no fat on my lower arms and legs

I go to the gym almost everyday of the week. (during summer, / 4-5 days during school cause of soccer) i’ve been going since october of 09.
I’ve done every program on the elliptical. (put the resistance up too)
I play soccer, and i have since january of this year.
Now i run on the treadmill for 22 1/2 minutes at a speed of 7.2
I then use the arm machines for a little bit, and then i go back on the treadmill for another 10 minutes at the same speed and sometimes i’ll go a little higher.
I’ve used weights before, but i’m not exactly sure what exercises i’m supposed to do to get abs.
I don’t want big six pack abs, but a nice toned stomach.
What should I eat?

Hey I’m 18 years old 6 feet tall and 135 pounds. It’s underweight by a few. I don’t each much junk food i try to eat healthy and avoid junk. I sometimes eat something sweet but not much of it. simply put, i’ve been doing several different exercises found on the internet which promise 6 pack abs over like 6 weeks. In this article we will shortly get the principles of How to get 6 pack abs, starting with two exercises that have the same two objectives: lose fat and build muscle.
For building muscle we will use two exercises:
- Do Crunches
Put a mat on the floor, lie down, cross your arms in front of your chest, bend your knees. Your hands should not be placed behind your head.
Raise your shoulders towards your knees, lifting only part of your torso off the floor, not all of it. The shoulders’ lifting is the most important part of the crunch. Exhale when going up, stop your breath for a moment when you’re on the top and inhale when going down.
Go down until all your back touches the ground. Avoid touching the ground with your head.
- 2. Do Sit Ups
Like before, Lie down on the floor, but now put your feet on the floor, your knees up and the fingers are placed behind your ears or hands that are crossed on your chest.
Go up until you will find yourself in a sitting position, and lower yourself down. Now do it again. After a while muscles will become stronger and another effort will be needed. Then arrives the time for more challenges. An inclined bench will do just fine. An exercise ball will fit as well. The next step will require weight on your chest while you do that same exercise.
Now, these are two exercises amongst plenty more, doing them will provide you with the basic ease and confidence to continue developing your ABS.
Do you have to be fat and then work out to see better results in your six pack abs? or can u be skinny?

How to get noticeable muscles?
When I compare myself to other guys, I’m horrible compared to others with some actual noticeable muscles in their arms.
Can you give me some advice on getting some muscles on my arms like how many minutes a day to lift ect.
I’m actually pretty skinny and do eat.
Ive been told to lift to tire out your muscles and not strain them right?
So how much time do you think I should take to lift weights each day?

I do about 200 crunches and sit-ups and also lift weights about 250 times every day for six or seven days a week
6 Pack Abs Plan. Question?
I am going to attempt to get a six pack.( I am 13 nearly 14)
I have already started and this is what I am doing. the what I plan to do.
Doing already -
20 – 30 minutes Weights, crunches and sit-ups (every other day)
40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)
Eating 2 meals a day (That is convenient to me, not part of a diet plan)
AS WELL AS… (In the Week) –
2 Hours sports
What I plan to do -
45 – 60 Minutes Weights, crunches, sit ups, and chin ups (every other day)
40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)
2 Medium Meals, High in protein, low in fat (every day)
AS WELL AS (In the week) –
2 Hours sports
1 – 2 Hours swimming
1 Hour running
My Question is….
Do you think this is enough? What else should I do?
Can you recommend any meals high in protein?
Any Advice and Tips are welcome?

Hello everyone , i was wondering what a good six pack abs diet is.. Can you please just get to the point. Everyone who posts just talks and talks and its hard to find the info.. ill tell you some stuff now such as my workouts, weight , height , and daily intake.
Breakfast – Oatmeal Or Yogurt Or cereal most of times
Snack – sometimes , mostly yogurts
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches or I dont know =/ probably popcorn with no salt or butter. ( at school i just drink water and have like a turkey wrap or so.
After School Snack – Yogurts i guess dont really know
Dinner – What ever My moms makes.. but mostly fish and chicken i like to eat
Workout – my coach gave me 1 (phase I and II ) constists of lunges , weights such as bench deadlifts , front bridges , pullups , and some stuff with dumbels.
- I added some Ab workouts such as laying down move feet like a bike and left oposite eblows to knees
- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff
- Im 5’6 ish maybe a little bit taller.
- Im about 132 Pounds
Also! When i crunch I can see My top 4 six pack abs.. only when i crunch.. Im trying to get some fat off the bottom part of my stomach.. Its not noticable with shirt on but without its just a little bit like a couple of pounds off my stomach. Please help me by

Im 14 and Ive started working out for about two and a half weeks. I dont work out the same mucsle for more than two days though. And I want to know how I can start to lift more weights on machines like abcrunches and chestpresses, so I can get a six pack and better pecs? Also should I take protein shakes at 14?

Anyone know of any good pec and abdominal exercises that don’t involve weights or machines. Things that I can do at home or at practice, like pushups, crunches and planks. I am a competitive swimmer so I am not going for bulky muscles, but more lean and quick. Any good Ideas?
