Author: Im 16 male and im pretty muscular alot stronger than alot of people in the gym but i have ALOT of fat over my muscles and im no matter what i do it wont go away. I want to have ripped abs by july or i cant go to the beach i have to burn 15 pounds of pure body fat. Someone help. please send me some steroids

How does one get abs and pecs without much effort?
Aside from taking steroids, because I like my balls bigger than pees.
I eat a lot healthier than virtually everyone else my age (about 16) I know and do a fair amount of jogging and bike riding but I never really worked out how exactly you work out to get abs and pecs. How do you? Weights? Sit ups? Push ups?
I don’t want to be bulging with muscles in places most people don’t even have places… just healthy and fit looking.

How Can I Get Abs Without Working Out?
I’m a 15 teen year old boy. I would like to get Abs & a little arm muscle. The only thing I can think of is taking steroids. Is this the only way to get abs? Is there any other ways? What are the effects if there is another way & what are the effects if steroids is the only way out? How long do you think it will take to receive abs? I am 6 feet and I weigh 150 Pounds. I am not fat, I’m average, pretty skinny, I guess

also, i usually am talking about my abs being less defined when i don’t flex them, would this be one of my problems, are they always pretty much somewhat not visible when they are not flexed?

what is the fastest way to get abs,lose your flabby meat, and gain hella muscle?
no steroids….i am a girl and i look like as if i was 3months pregnant and i want to get rid of my one pack and get girl abs. im not trying to be slutty but it would be a nice change to show off a little here and there at the beach.

Now I saw this YouTube video of all these muscle builders with these gigantic muscles. Does all that come with a consequence of a smaller penis?
Now I know steroids can make your penis shrink, but what if someone just does the weights, not steroids.

Can a woman who works out get six-pack abs thru diet and exercise alone without steroids?
I think it is very hard for a woman to get a huge, muscular upper body without steroids, but I have seen athletic women with abs who did not have the steroid look.
