How do I quickly get abs/lose a muffin top?
I’m on the track team, but it doesn’t seem to be enough.
I want to quickly get abs and lose my muffin top [my goal is by mid-April] I’m not saying I’m really fat, but I want to get toned.
I also don’t have a lot of exercise equipment, and I can’t drive. Any advice, though, is good advice. The exercises I already know about are:
-Crunches/Reverse Crunches
-Planks
-Mountain climbers
-Squats/Squat thrusts/prisoner squats
Anything else? Thank you!!
How to get smaller abs and theighs?
i want to ton my theighs alittle,but i dont think squats really work too well,anything else that can help? also,i want to lose some belly fat. any way to do that without doing crunches and situp?
How and how long will it take to get a six pack?
I want a six pack really badly but i have a big layer of fat over my stomach. I have about 2000 calories a day and i do 100 situps, 200 crunches, 30 legups, 50 squats, and 20 pushups each day. I have about 5 glasses of water each day. Am I on a good routine? Should I see reults soon? How long will it take to get a six pack abs.
How can i get sexy legs? without them getting bigger and having too much muscles showing. (they are chubby)?

i want to firstly lose fat on them.
which i already do stationary bike 30 min.
and i eat pretty good. treat myself sometimes but i eat normal.
i dont think i should do squats and lunges. it makes my legs heavier and looks like more is piling up on them.
is the bike enough? i also stretch
Is it bad to do abdominal exercises everyday?
Hi I have started to do abdominal exercises everyday but I am starting to wonder if this is bad and like weight training and there should be a day of rest?
I currently do
50 x crunches
50 x reverse crunches
30 x squats
50 x oblique exercises
