How to get abs and chest in one summer?
Im a tall, skinny guy and ive already been working on my abs but nothings really doing the trick. Everyday i do 200 situps and like 35 x 35kg weights. I have a whole summer where im alone and i want to get a six pack! I have a bike and plan on riding everyday for cardio, but i need a good circuit that can guarantee that i will be happy with the outcome after 3 months of summer!
How do I get 6 pak abs in time for basketball season?
Hi! Im on the basketball team at my high school, and I am very athletic. I can jump I can run, and i have a pretty good physique. But there is only one problem… I cant get a six pak. I do hundreds of situps and get little results.
I am hoping that someone can get me a routine so I can achieve my goal and get a nice 6 pak by the end of the summer.

Will running 2 miles and doing situps everyday get me great abs?
im 5′9 and 145lbs. I run 2 miles on a treadmill and 300 situps everyday. then I lift heavy weights everyother day and I take sunday off. and I try to eat 4 meals a day so that i dont loose upperbody mass. will doing all of this get me amazing abs eventualy and keep me healthy?

How to get toned abs without damaging my back?
Hi, I’m a male, and I’m fairly skinny and toned already, but would love to tone my abs some more. I know the obvious method would be to do situps and crunches, but I heard they do damage to your spine. Does anyone know any ab excercises I can do to get toned without damaging my back or using any equipment (I’m looking for something I can do when I get out of bed, along with my push ups). I need a daily workout routine to get abs help!?
Currently I go jogging everyday and lift weights after I get home. I do a few situps and cruches and I also do pushups. I need some good exercises to speed up the process of getting abs. Please give me clear instructions on how to achieve this…I am not fat so theres no need to say I need to burn my fat off. I just need to tone my muscles. How long will it take to see results?

How to get a flat stomach/abs & lose weight in an apartment?
So i’ve been trying to lose weight and get a flatter stomach/abs for quite a while now.. i try to do crunches & situps, but i pretty much suck…i live in an apartment so it’s kinda small, and we have a "gym" but i get really self concious..
SOO what can i do IN (key word..IN) my apartment (with no stairs) to lose some weight (besides running around) and get a flatter stomach?
BTW, i am a vegetarian, so no meat/fish/poultry..but i tend to splurge on the carbs and sugar, to fill me up.. any diet plans/ideas? (i’ve been drinking alot of water lately too)
oh yeah, and on my tummy, i have that little curve under my belly – i dont know if its extra skin or fat or whatever, but i KNOW its get-rid-able
so how do i get rid of that?!
How can I get fast defined abs?
I have been doing lots of situps and my stomach is in pain, but I am still seeing no results, I do not eat sugar, I am very skinny I have some abs. But like no matter what I do I can’t get defined abs. Anybody have any ideas?
