hello. I am a 16 year old male. I am 6’0" and i weigh about 140 pounds. I run cross country for highschool, and after we do 10 minute abs. Throughout the day, i do about probably 20-25 minutes of different type of abs activities. I am just wondering how long it takes for a 6 pack to form. Thanks for any suggestions in advance!

Alright, so for starters, I’m a 15 year old male that wants to have 6 pack abs.
I’m around 5’6" and 117 pounds, kinda skinny, I wear size 28 jeans.
I’ve been doing around 100 crunches a day and biking about an hour a day.
I eat fairly health. My breakfasts usually consist of fruit yogurt, but some days I skip breakfast. My lunches are generally school salads, and sometimes a hamburger. For dinner/supper I eat one of the following: chicken, spaghetti, fish, shrimp, salad, or soup or chili.
I can feel 6 abs when I’m laying down, but they’re under a small layer of fat. when I’m standing up, I can’t feel any of them.
Approximately how long do you think it will take me to see and feel results?
also, are there any other exercises that would benefit me?

So, I’m a 14 year old chick and I have a pretty healthy weight (somewhere around 124-125 or something like that). But I do have a bit of a belly bulge going on these days, along with some pretty big thighs. I think I found a good way to slim down my legs, but what about flattening that stomach (and hopefully getting some abs)? I have heard everything from "running every day is the key!" to " running won’t do crap". Ha ha, you can see my confusion. I’m totally prepared to begin a healthier diet as well! I would appreciate it *so* much if I could get a general idea of what to do! Please note lastly that I’m not doing this because I think I’m fatt, I’m doing this because I want to be healthier and a bit less lethargic! Thank you!

I’ve been constantly training at least 3-4 days a week for the past 6 months or so. Although I’ve got a good muscular build now, I still have that stomach fat down on my stomach.
My diet at the moment isn’t the "healthiest", but I have a lot of restriction on "desserts", so I guess it can be considered healthier than average (I basically eat anything with a lot of protein in it, regardless of how much carbs or fat it has, eg milk, bread, pasta, cheese, etc).
I was hoping to cut up a bit before summer. I just wanted to know, from a general view point, if I’ve been constantly working out for 6 months and I change my diet to low carbs, low fat, high protein, how long would it take for me to see results (or, "good" results) on my abs?
BTW, my exercise routine at the moment does not involve "cardio" per se (just the usual chest, bi’s/tri’s, shoulders and back exercises). If did involve cardio when I went on this "diet", what kind of cardio is best? Eg. jogging, sprinting?
Also, are there any useful, "healthy" supplements I can use while on the "healthy" diet and exercising?

I’m a male. I want to get abs. Now there is a huge problem- I have been doing every exercise you see on youtube videos, and I have been doing around 50 reps a day, sometimes up to 100, working my ass off to get abs and never get any results. My diet is exactly as it should be, and I can get any other muscles on my body built anytime I want successfully Abdominals are the only muscles ive never been able to build. This is very very irritating beccause theres no reason for it at all. Whats going on?

No matter how hard I try, I cannot manage to do the "vaccum" thing, where you suck in your belly and do crunches. thats the only thing I cannot do because as soon as I begin to curl up my belly will inflate again, even if I exhale all the air and press as hard as I can to where my entire body turns red and I begin trembling all over. Seriously what am I doing wrong? Ive read everything there is to read, Ive tried everything there is to try. My older brother is a fitness trainer and we still cannot figure it out. My belly gets larger and thicker, and I get the "V" shape very well and my abdominal area is very large and thick and muscular, but no abdominal shapes like 6 pack. Oh and I’m actually a very thin guy too, and as ive said I am well build and have very toned & defined muscles all over my body except abs.

OK, I am 14 years old, 5’8" or 5’9"-ish tall, and I have a round belly. My mom is kinda fat, and my dad is kinda fit with only a belly, but they both used to be fit before. im 14 how can i get six-pack abs?
im 14 and 4 months old im anywhere between 5’1" and 5’3" in height and i weigh about 97 pounds (Though it may seem like im really skinny i actually have a bit of excess belly fat). i have been doing 50+ situps each night for maybe 2-4 weeks. when i started i could not see a six-pack when i flexed my abs but now i can slightly see one if i flex my abs a certain way. but i think that the bit of belly fat i mentioned earlier is covering it. i think that without it, my abs a visible.
So what im asking is:
1.Should i continue the situps i mentioned that i have been doing?
2.Should i start a new ab workout and should that replace or add-on to the situps?
3.What excersice or activity could get rid of my belly fat?
4.What foods should i avoid in trying to get rid of my belly fat?

6 Pack Abs Plan. Question?
I am going to attempt to get a six pack.( I am 13 nearly 14)
I have already started and this is what I am doing. the what I plan to do.
Doing already -
20 – 30 minutes Weights, crunches and sit-ups (every other day)
40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)
Eating 2 meals a day (That is convenient to me, not part of a diet plan)
AS WELL AS… (In the Week) –
2 Hours sports
What I plan to do -
45 – 60 Minutes Weights, crunches, sit ups, and chin ups (every other day)
40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)
2 Medium Meals, High in protein, low in fat (every day)
AS WELL AS (In the week) –
2 Hours sports
1 – 2 Hours swimming
1 Hour running
My Question is….
Do you think this is enough? What else should I do?
Can you recommend any meals high in protein?

Okay so I’m trying to get a six pack. My diet was going really well but yesterday I ordered a large pizza with chips! AND today I’ve had McDonalds!

By the way, I’m 15, 5’6" and I weigh 8 stone 7 pounds.
