i am 13, a boy, 128 pounds, 5 feet 4 inches tall and my stomach measures 30 inches all around how long will it take me to get abs if i do 50 sit ups, 100 jumping jacks, 15 push ups, and 25 minuets on the treadmill? and should i lose a bit more weight before i start?

Well, I am 14 and I hit a golf ball 250 and I know I am strong, but I am sick of having a little flub everywhere. I have a work out every Monday, every night i do 50 push ups, 50 crunches with leg ups, and 50 leg lifts on my stomach for each leg. I eat OK, just an occasional cookie here and there, I don’t over eat or anything. So how do I get rid of a little flub over my stomach, and back?

So I want a set of things I could do on a regular base like:
20 push ups or whatever

I’ve been working out a lot(100 crunches, 20 push- Ups, and I go to a dance class and a gymnastics class once a week. I was wondering if any of you guys know some some great core excersises and arm excersises? I need to improve on core and arms to get better at bars in gym and for my overall weight and health. OK, I am 14 years old, 5′8" or 5′9"-ish tall, and I have a round belly. My mom is kinda fat, and my dad is kinda fit with only a belly, but they both used to be fit before. I barely eat that much and I love playing video games, but I realized that I want to get fit, before High School. I know it’s too late, but before New Years, I want to at least lose 30-50 lbs. and NOT have that flab on my belly. How can I do all these without losing my love for Video games? It’s okay to change my eating style, more chicken, less ice cream sure! But I really want to lose weight before 2011. The reason for my parents stating is because I am curious if genes have anything to do with my fat. I would love to lose weight so working out is alright but what procedures? I want to be fit like Zac Efron but not TOO muscular like Taylor Lautner. No matter how long, I would still do it and may need suggestions on how to do it and how many times a day, how long each day, and what foods? Thanks in advance, and I know I may sound a little too desperate. I AM TIRED of my BIG BODY! I couldn’t even do a single pull-up or ten push ups.

I am in cross-country and i run 6 days a week at 6 in the morning. We run 4-7 miles daily. I have a six pack but it’s like, under my skin, i can feel it but can’t see it. How can i get it to show? Summer is near, and the perfect thing to go with it is a strong, six-pack stomach.
Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
Im going to the gym 1 hour (sometimes 1.5), 5 times a week (Mon.-Fri.). I do everything from spinning, weightlifting, abs & push-ups, etc.
Im also planning to run from 30 min. to 1 hour every morning before breakfast.
