Hi, I’m a male, and I’m fairly skinny and toned already, but would love to tone my abs some more. I know the obvious method would be to do situps and crunches, but I heard they do damage to your spine. I do boxing, 80 push ups, 80 crunch, 80 arms sits, and 40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.My abs are starting to show a little bit not like 2 pack or 4 pack yet, but simple question how long will it take? I’m also 5,7 weight 125 pounds. In addition, I considerably have a fruit shake every other day and eat decently well for a teenager.

im 16 years old male 5ft10 and ive recently ( 6-8 months im not sure) changed my lifestyle. i havnt had any junk and have been dieting and excercising religously and have cut my weight from 184 to 142 :) but i never did my ab muscles while i have worked the rest of my body very hard. any suggestions for beginner ab workouts and then more advance ones once i get into it? and also if i stick to it how long until i can see a faint outline of my abs cuz im looking forward to it :D

I do 100 sit ups each day, and 25-50 crunches with that as well. I weigh 62kg, I play basketball 3 times a week, and jog 1-2 times a week. Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
