How to get a flat stomach for a 14 year old ?

Author: I’m size ten but i’m unhappy about my stomach because it’s a bulging over jeans. I’ve never had flat stomach and parents still refer it to puppy fat. Any exercises/ sorta food I should eat/not. I’ve got 5 weeks because it’s summer holidays. Please explain your answers because I don’t know many names of exercises lol .
I know i’m 14 but I’m no way near as obsessed as my friends lol .
