Ok so im 14 and want washboard abs. Im 5,6 and weigh 130. Im not thick but not skinny. I have been working out my upper body muscles at the gym for 3 months now and have seen some major improvement. I heard that you have to eat lots of protein to get muscles but how do i do that and get a sixpack doing situps eating whatever i want?

im 16 im a lil underweight and i need somethin to boost my ego and self esteem i am 5ft 11in er 6ft tall and weigh only 134 lbs and i try to do sit-ups but there really uncomfortable and hurt my chest I eat a lot of protein because it tastes better than most other food like i eat a lot of chicken and turkey would beef help build muscle mass better? I need advice

I want to get bigger overall. I’ve been working out and my biceps feel like they’re getting bigger, but I take Creatine, Protein, and eat a lot which I think helps me get bigger. Problem is, I know if I continue that diet I will also gain fat. I want ripped abs. Is there any way to workout so that I can achieve both goals? Feel free to suggest workouts. A person told me not to eat dairy if you started working out for a six pack. I eat dairy because it has protein in it and the only dairy I eat is low fat yougurt and milk. Why shouldn’t I?

about 6 days a week i do a 30 minute run at fast speed on tredmill. im going to cut out all chocolate out my diet and eat more protein and fruit. how long would it take so the abs show all the time when im standing up or doing anything..? i also do lots of weight training.

Is that like even possible, or is it too short amount of time?
I really want a 6 pack for this water park i’m going to in march, I’m already skinny so i don’t need to burn any fat.

If it is possible to do, what work outs should i try?

And would drinking protein shakes help?

I do 15 min ab workouts every other day with an assorted amount of ab exercises. I drink 3 protein shakes a day and eat healthy. I can get abs if i like lean back or lay down, but they are not visible standing up. What am i doing wrong? What can i do to change this?

I want to know if continuing this diet will help me get six pack abs.
Drink a lot of juice
Don’t eat a lot of junk food
Eat protein, ex. chicken, beef, etc…
Drink a little bit of soda a day
Drink low fat milk
Eat veggies and fruits

I’m starting puberty…

I am going to attempt to get a six pack.( I am 13 nearly 14)
I have already started and this is what I am doing. the what I plan to do.

Doing already -

20 – 30 minutes Weights, crunches and sit-ups (every other day)

40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)

Eating 2 meals a day (That is convenient to me, not part of a diet plan)

AS WELL AS… (In the Week) –

2 Hours sports

What I plan to do -

45 – 60 Minutes Weights, crunches, sit ups, and chin ups (every other day)

40 minutes walking / 20 minutes cycling (5 days a week)

2 Medium Meals, High in protein, low in fat (every day)

AS WELL AS (In the week) –

2 Hours sports

1 – 2 Hours swimming

1 Hour running

My Question is….
Do you think this is enough? What else should I do?
Can you recommend any meals high in protein?
Any Advice and Tips are welcome?
