It took me years to get my six pack abs. I was so upset and angry at myself and my body, I tried so many instruments and methods until I found the one that was right for me

When I use to work out with a personal trainer he worked my abs everyday. He stated that working your abs everyday broke those muscles down and then you work your abs every other day once you mid section starts to get smaller in size.

I know the Abs Ripper X workout is designed to help get ripped abs, and there already is a core strengthening dvd (Core Synergistics), but i was wondering if Ab Ripper X also strengthen the Core muscles?

I’ve been eating oatmeal lately. Also is true that the more ab muscles you have underneath the fat the more visible the abs regardless if you have bodyfat or not?

Im a 15 year old male, about 100 lbs. I’ve been working out for a few years and I haven’t seen any results. I feel a six pack but its not showing. What are the best foods should I eat? How much rest should i get? What exercises should I do for my ab muscles to show?

I am 14, and I have a 4 pack. Above the 4 pack, there are these two little muscles that looks like packs. So whenever I flex, those two little muscles seems to blend in with the other bigger two packs above making it to look like a 4 pack. Why is that happening? Can I still have a 6 pack? Thanks.

I have a friend that really needs to know how to easily and safely form a six pack of muscles. Which equipment is best or workout?

also please list some excersises or websites that show excersises to get abs very quickly and should i use these protien shakes that u can buy to increase muscles? would that help get abs quicker?

im a young teen, 150 pounds, i eat a good amount of protien, and i work other muscles as well.
im mostly wondering what cardio workouts i should do to make them more tone because they are very strong and big but now i want to know how to tone them.

I feel like a lot more guys have abs and muscles than girls, even girls who work out. Is that just because girls tend to have more body fat or are there other reasons?
What i’m saying is, if a guy and a girl both did the same work out would the guy gain muscle easier than the girl? And if so, why?

I am willing to work for however long it may take but i cant figure out which exercises to do to hit the correct muscles also how should my diet be. I know this will take a while but my goal is to have something like a 6 pack by summer.

I’d only like serious answers please. I’ve been doing about 100 crunches a day for a few weeks now and i can feel my rectus abdominis muscles are getting pretty damn hard. However, I currently only have a visible 4 pack since fat goes to the belly first and leaves it last. So, is 5.5km in 20 minutes on an elliptical set at minimum resistance a day enough to lose that annoyingly thin yet persistant layer of fat to be able to show off an 8 pack?

P.S. I’m a 17 year old male, 6 feet tall and weigh 165 pounds. I’ve never been overweight.

I noticed I had a little flab in my stomach, so at the beginning of this week I decided to do sit-ups and crunches. It’s now the end of the week and my stomach is already really toned, like I’m starting to get abs. Does this mean I’m just really healthy?

P.S. I also noticed during tennis seasons, my weak arms develop muscles really quickly. I really like how my body functions this way, but I’m just wondering why.

Ive started doing many sit-ups lately, but how do I go about getting 6-pack abs if I’m a little chunky by the waste? Do the abs grow under the fat and going to push my stomach out even further? Do I go from fat to skinny to muscle? I’m not really sure how the process works, but I know I want cut muscles instead of big bulching blobs.

I am a thin girl. I can sorta see the outline of my abs in the mirror, but I want to know which exercises can I do at home to make those muscles grow. I have some 8lb dumbbells, and the floor to use. I don’t live close to any gyms.
I have no fat on my abs. I just dont know exercises to hypertrophy those specific muscles.

O.K. I am 14 and I want to get some strong arms and a nice flat six pack. I need somethings I could do to work my muscles out. The more specific your instructions are the better (include amount and how many repetitions I should do per day or every two days). I do not have a mat and I do ot want to use any weights either.

I am very much interested in making my muscles but i don’t want to go to any gym so please can you tell me how can i make 6 pack abs in a fast way. Please.

im 14 about to be 15 and i don’t work out but i have abs,i guess its genetic cause my dad has em too and they look alrite for someone who doesnt work out but i want deeper cuts.like what are some work outs that can get me those huge abs like some other guys, ive seen guys with big ab muscles, how do they do that?help

6 pack abs workout

Obviously you are interested in exercising a 6 pack abs workout, so I can tell you that according to my experience there are many aspects involved for getting a better looking abs and one of the most important of them all is what work plan you stick to. Now, in few words I will tell you how your 6 pack abs workout should be like.

In order to have a successful six pack abs you have to do two things. One is to develop it and the second is to expose it. Exposing it means to burn fat and that in turn will lose the belly fat that is covering your abs. this is done by making your metabolism boosted and prepared for fat burning. For that high metabolism is needed. Which exercises will have such an influence on your metabolism?

Long extended exercises are not the kind of exercises that will boost your metabolism. It might be easy to do but it isn’t utile for that job. The cause for burning fat is intense workout. It can be short but intense. For training these exercises an effort should be done. It will probably not be the hardest thing you have ever done, but you should understand that there is no quick solution to have successful six pack abs, there is an effort to be done.

The minute you will have the smallest results, thing you will sure have, your motivation will increase automatically.

The areas around your abs are as important for a nice looking abs as the abs area itself. Exercises such as pushups and sit-up are only part of the exercises involved on the course of having good looking abs.

Burning your belly fat will help a lot to get you a great six pack. Repetitive exercises are not meant for that. We will use different exercises than those needed only for developing your abs.

This is really a short introduction and I hope it helped to make you curious.

Now, that’s the time to find some more useful information as for 6 pack abs workout.

How to get 6 pack abs in 15 minutes a day?

Here are the two best exercises for that!

I’d like to dismantle the question of How to get 6 pack abs into three parts. the answer involve the development of a hidden emotional muscle; that is the will. Together with it a mental muscle gas to be developed; that is self discipline. And now arrives the third part; that is the body.

In this article we will shortly get the principles of How to get 6 pack abs, starting with two exercises that have the same two objectives: lose fat and build muscle.

For building muscle we will use two exercises:

  1. Do Crunches

Put a mat on the floor, lie down, cross your arms in front of your chest, bend your knees. Your hands should not be placed behind your head.

Raise your shoulders towards your knees, lifting only part of your torso off the floor, not all of it. The shoulders’ lifting is the most important part of the crunch. Exhale when going up, stop your breath for a moment when you’re on the top and inhale when going down.

Go down until all your back touches the ground. Avoid touching the ground with your head.

  1. 2. Do Sit Ups

Like before, Lie down on the floor, but now put your feet on the floor, your knees up and the fingers are placed behind your ears or hands that are crossed on your chest.

Go up until you will find yourself in a sitting position, and lower yourself down. Now do it again. After a while muscles will become stronger and another effort will be needed. Then arrives the time for more challenges. An inclined bench will do just fine. An exercise ball will fit as well. The next step will require weight on your chest while you do that same exercise.

Now, these are two exercises amongst plenty more, doing them will provide you with the basic ease and confidence to continue developing your ABS.

I’m not trying to make fun because I really want to know.

Now I saw this YouTube video of all these muscle builders with these gigantic muscles. Does all that come with a consequence of a smaller penis?

Now I know steroids can make your penis shrink, but what if someone just does the weights, not steroids.

I want to build muscle mass so as to look like an athlete, say like Terrel Ownes of the Dallas Cowboys, or like David Beckham- chiseled body, pronounced muscles and abs; but I’m not so interested in looking like a body builder. What’s the difference between the two, and which approach should I take, or avoid?

and also … my friend told me you could also work out then after wards drink a protein shake and my muscles will "pop" (get bigger). is this true?

I am going to get into boxing but I also want to body build. So I was wondering is it possible to get big ripped muscle while in boxing?I am asking because I know alot of boxing is cardio and conditioning and boxers dont really have very defined muscles.

I have muscle pain on my left side right below the ribs, behind the obliques. I dont know if its muscle scar tissue for sure, but physiotherapy has helped but after recently pushing the intensity again on the abs, it started to sting. How to get rid of this problem, and how to pinpoint exactly what it is, any medical scan like an x-ray for muscles?
I always stretch but somehow i tore a muscle or something while working out probably a bench press, it happened a while back.
its not work out pain, lol, its a sharp sting in a particular area that stop me from working out too hard.

I’m a cheerleader and my jumps are okay but i want them to be perfect. What muscles do i need to make stonger so i go higher. And if you have any additional tips for making my jumps higher they’d be greatly appeciated.

I am 6′2" and 175 lbs and want to gain body mass and get more toned muscles. I have a somewhat thin physique and want to get more bulk in the right areas. I drink protein and work out (mostly low reps high weight). I’ve also been thinking of drinking green tea to tone the muscles but I don’t know if it’ll help. Any suggestions on what to do to get the best results in what I want to accomplish would be greatly appreciated.

I’m 15 years old, and I’m pretty skinny. I’m a little over 100 pounds. I wanna know how I can get muscles at home, without any equipment. I’m not interested in becoming extremely buff, but I am interested in having a fair bit of muscles. Are there any ways of having them at home without any equipment. What are some exercises I could try, and how much and often should I do them?

I am a male , i have played football most of my life and have developed massive thigh , leg, and glute muscles. I was wondering if there is any way to naturally Lessen the amount of Mass i have on these areas?

it seems like running only makes them larger, maybe its just an illusion.

I’m 5"10 and weigh 160lbs.
I dont think i need to lose weight or anything, i look fine. But with my shirt off my stomach looks really baggy and horrible!

I’ve already gone on a low calorie diet to try and help, but are there any specific foods i need to avoid to prevent more fat being stored?

As for exercise, I’ve began weight lifting and am thinking about going running? What’s the best fat loss exercise?

And have you got any other tips for me?

Thank you!!! =)
I dont think the problem is that i havent got and ab muscles, i think its just the fat covering them!

my boyfriend wants a muscle builder so that he can…build his muscles. i want him to use a safe method that won’t cause some weird side effects and hormone imbalances.

When I compare myself to other guys, I’m horrible compared to others with some actual noticeable muscles in their arms.

Can you give me some advice on getting some muscles on my arms like how many minutes a day to lift ect.

I’m actually pretty skinny and do eat.

Ive been told to lift to tire out your muscles and not strain them right?

So how much time do you think I should take to lift weights each day?
And how long until noticeable muscles are seen.

I’m not overweight. I weigh 145 pounds and am 5′7". I just want to find a good diet to live a healthy lifestyle, put on some muscle (not much; I have a lean figure), and lose the little bit of flab I have on my tummy. I really want my ab muscles to come through. I’m not looking for a quick fix, because I know there is none. Any diet plan recommendations? Some exercise tips would also be helpful. Thanks!

Just wanted to know since a friend of mine who is nearly 51 wants to suddenly undertake a regime of going to the gym three times a week to gain the body beautiful (muscles and a 6 pack) when he never had such a physique before. Just wondered about the risks involved.
Well he found running a little bit difficult and that was something he was used to do when he was younger. He recently took running up again and would go for a run nearly every other day. However, he found it hard, which is one of the reasons for my concern. But he won’t listen until I present him with information from other people.

when I eat even a little, my stomach pooches out! I am super skinny, so it’s nothing to do with needing to loose weight. I have come to realize that it’s all about my muscles in there that were stretched out so much. Thanks for any help

I really want to build on my ab muscles but I can never do it because of back pain by the time I do my 15th rep or so. People told me that I’ve been doing it wrong but I know that that’s not the case because I’ve asked to be corrected on it and the problem still persists. Does anybody know what I can do about this?

I am looking for the best lower ab workouts that will make my lower ab muscles show better. I want your personal favorites and which one/ones work the best. Thanks a bunch

Can you tell who has a 6 pack (muscles) and who doesnt

I am an avid runner and swimmer. I think I need to shed five pounds to have a flat stomach. I am eating about a 2200 calorie diet and doing lots of ab workouts. Do I need to eat more to build up the ab muscles and then shed off the weight or can I build a six pack and lose weight at the same time?

I really want to tone my muscles and get a six pack, but i need to know how to get one fast!

I do get stomach cramps when I do sit-ups, but I think its from my muscles being torn. I had 2 c-sections, and I just cant seem to get my body back. I also can be very impatient sometimes. I just want it to go away! I was even thinking tummy tuck, what do ya think?

Anyone know of any good pec and abdominal exercises that don’t involve weights or machines. Things that I can do at home or at practice, like pushups, crunches and planks. I am a competitive swimmer so I am not going for bulky muscles, but more lean and quick. Any good Ideas?
