Can you get six pack abs with a minor pectus excavatum?

I have pectus excavatum and its minor but ive been doing ab exercises for a while now and i have a 4 pack not a six pack. I was wondering if its possible to get a six pack with pectus excavatum because my chest is sunken a little bit and i was wondering if thats where the other ab muscles are and if pectus excavatum is preventing me from being able to get a 6 pack.

i have a body fat percentage of 12%-15%, and i dont have well defined abs but its not wobbly. so i was wondering if i started drinking protein shakes will, and start jog a little bit would it just make my legs stronger or my abs somewhat and how much. i really hate doing crunches and joging is just so much eaiser and when i do new crunches i see from youtube i dont no if i am doing them right.

How long will it take to get abs with definition?

I do boxing, 80 push ups, 80 crunch, 80 arms sits, and 40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.My abs are starting to show a little bit not like 2 pack or 4 pack yet, but simple question how long will it take? I’m also 5,7 weight 125 pounds. In addition, I considerably have a fruit shake every other day and eat decently well for a teenager.

Am I working out enough to get abs?

I’m 17 and I weigh roughly 135 lbs. For about a week now, I’ve increased my physical activity to 50 sit-ups and push-ups (each) per day and 30 minutes of jogging per day. My abdominal muscles only show when I flex and even then it’s just a little bit. If I keep up my routine, will I get results in at least three months?

How to get a Six pack and biceps?

was wondering what the best way is to get a six pack without going to the gym (I don’t mean without exercise, just without having to drive to the gym). How can I get six pack abs fast?

I have been working on trying to get six pack abs. I am really skinny and I’m 14 years old and me and my friend are having sort of a "race" to get six pack abs first. I think I have a little bit of excess skin from some weight loss.
How could I tighten it and flatten my abs. Do I have to start eating healthier? (I try and eat salads when I can) Can someone please help, because I really want to win and I don’t know what to do. (I have been trying to get six pack abs and saw a few results)

I’m a girl, and i’ll be fourteen in a month and a half.
I’m an exercise freaaaaaaaak.
I go to the gym almost everyday of the week. (during summer, / 4-5 days during school cause of soccer) i’ve been going since october of 09.

I’ve done every program on the elliptical. (put the resistance up too)
I play soccer, and i have since january of this year.
Now i run on the treadmill for 22 1/2 minutes at a speed of 7.2
I then use the arm machines for a little bit, and then i go back on the treadmill for another 10 minutes at the same speed and sometimes i’ll go a little higher.

I’ve used weights before, but i’m not exactly sure what exercises i’m supposed to do to get abs.
I don’t want big six pack abs, but a nice toned stomach.
What should I eat?
What exercises, (leave pictures or videos bc i won’t understand words. ;p )

I’m about 5’2 1/2 and 120 lbs.
My legs are allll muscle. (that’s usually what I focused on)
I want to lose some flab off my stomach and get abs! :D

I am 14 years old and i play soccer a everyday for 2 hours. I want to get abs as fast as possible without having to use those fancy machines. Also i just want to be able to take my shirt off and run around while looking great and in shape. I also have a little bit of fat that i would like to get rid of. Even though I am playing soccer so much the fat wont go away, and i feel that if i am in shape then i will be able to run faster without getting tired as quickly.

Can men in their fifties suddenly change their physique (Pot Belly) to a 6 pack with muscles through training?

Just wanted to know since a friend of mine who is nearly 51 wants to suddenly undertake a regime of going to the gym three times a week to gain the body beautiful (muscles and a 6 pack) when he never had such a physique before. Just wondered about the risks involved.
Well he found running a little bit difficult and that was something he was used to do when he was younger. He recently took running up again and would go for a run nearly every other day. However, he found it hard, which is one of the reasons for my concern. But he won’t listen until I present him with information from other people.

Six pack ab diet – workout – ?

Hello everyone , i was wondering what a good six pack abs diet is.. Can you please just get to the point. Everyone who posts just talks and talks and its hard to find the info.. ill tell you some stuff now such as my workouts, weight , height , and daily intake.

Breakfast – Oatmeal Or Yogurt Or cereal most of times
Snack – sometimes , mostly yogurts
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches or I dont know =/ probably popcorn with no salt or butter. ( at school i just drink water and have like a turkey wrap or so.
After School Snack – Yogurts i guess dont really know
Dinner – What ever My moms makes.. but mostly fish and chicken i like to eat

Workout – my coach gave me 1 (phase I and II ) constists of lunges , weights such as bench deadlifts , front bridges , pullups , and some stuff with dumbels.
- I added some Ab workouts such as laying down move feet like a bike and left oposite eblows to knees
- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff

- Im 5’6 ish maybe a little bit taller.
- Im about 132 Pounds

Also! When i crunch I can see My top 4 six pack abs.. only when i crunch.. Im trying to get some fat off the bottom part of my stomach.. Its not noticable with shirt on but without its just a little bit like a couple of pounds off my stomach. Please help me by

What is the best and quickest way to lose the flab on my stomach and turn it into a nice 4 or 6 pack?

I am very new to the whole excercise thing and i want to try and lose the little bit of flab i have on my stomach and tone it and turn it into at least a 4pack. I dont know which is the best way because there are so many different methods. Unfortunately im also a smoker so will this take longer to do than a non smoker?
