I am 14 years old and i play soccer a everyday for 2 hours. I want to get abs as fast as possible without having to use those fancy machines. Also i just want to be able to take my shirt off and run around while looking great and in shape. I also have a little bit of fat that i would like to get rid of. Even though I am playing soccer so much the fat wont go away, and i feel that if i am in shape then i will be able to run faster without getting tired as quickly.

I just found out i have a audition in a week ( modeling) and i need to firm up and flatten my abs just a little bit. im not say get totally ripped and completely in shape ( that would be impossible ha!)

Okay.. im a thirteen year old girl, i play volleyball 2 hours a day 3 days a week. Right now i have a little bit of stomach fat. I am going to hawaii in december, and i would like nice toned abs. Can you maybe make me a daily workout plan and diet.. or give me some tips!

I’m not overweight. I weigh 145 pounds and am 5′7". I just want to find a good diet to live a healthy lifestyle, put on some muscle (not much; I have a lean figure), and lose the little bit of flab I have on my tummy. I really want my ab muscles to come through. I’m not looking for a quick fix, because I know there is none. Any diet plan recommendations? Some exercise tips would also be helpful. Thanks!

Just wanted to know since a friend of mine who is nearly 51 wants to suddenly undertake a regime of going to the gym three times a week to gain the body beautiful (muscles and a 6 pack) when he never had such a physique before. Just wondered about the risks involved.
Well he found running a little bit difficult and that was something he was used to do when he was younger. He recently took running up again and would go for a run nearly every other day. However, he found it hard, which is one of the reasons for my concern. But he won’t listen until I present him with information from other people.

Hello everyone , i was wondering what a good six pack abs diet is.. Can you please just get to the point. Everyone who posts just talks and talks and its hard to find the info.. ill tell you some stuff now such as my workouts, weight , height , and daily intake.
Breakfast – Oatmeal Or Yogurt Or cereal most of times
Snack – sometimes , mostly yogurts
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches or I dont know =/ probably popcorn with no salt or butter. ( at school i just drink water and have like a turkey wrap or so.
After School Snack – Yogurts i guess dont really know
Dinner – What ever My moms makes.. but mostly fish and chicken i like to eat
Workout – my coach gave me 1 (phase I and II ) constists of lunges , weights such as bench deadlifts , front bridges , pullups , and some stuff with dumbels.
- I added some Ab workouts such as laying down move feet like a bike and left oposite eblows to knees
- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff
- Im 5′6 ish maybe a little bit taller.
- Im about 132 Pounds
Also! When i crunch I can see My top 4 six pack abs.. only when i crunch.. Im trying to get some fat off the bottom part of my stomach.. Its not noticable with shirt on but without its just a little bit like a couple of pounds off my stomach. Please help me by
1. New lower stomach workouts
2. Best foods for six pack
3. Your oppinios / suggestions

I am very new to the whole excercise thing and i want to try and lose the little bit of flab i have on my stomach and tone it and turn it into at least a 4pack. I dont know which is the best way because there are so many different methods. Unfortunately im also a smoker so will this take longer to do than a non smoker?
