How long would it take me to get at least 4 pack abs?

Hi, i am 17, 155 lbs, 5’10 tall and I used to be fat so i have some fats. I work out at gym every other day and before lifting weights we do abs exercise we do lots of crunches, sit ups fish flaps and a bunch more. So I was wondering how long would take me to get at least 4 packs??
oh and my BMI is 21.2

Have you seen anyone get ripped abs doing low intensity cardio all the time combined with lifting weights?

Or was it usually the other way around…..high intensity cardio combined with lifting weights. Also do you find body resistance training more effective than weight training for fat burning?

What do I need to do to get abs?

Hello Yahoo Community, Today I went to the Bally’s total fitness for the first time ever and I was very tired when coming back home. I think that doing a bit of everything except any thing of lifting weights I can improve my cardio and burn fat. I’m 15 years old, just a smigit under 6 feet, weigh about 153 pounds average body maybe slim (i really don’t know but in general I’m skinny). I think that I have the exercising for me set and also including the 20-30 minutes I walk from school. One thing that I am missing from this is the meals. I noticed how expensive the healthy thing is than the fast food sweet stuff. If you are working to get abs then what would you eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner? and tell me what you guys do in your daily schedule?

How many days should I work out a week and what is the best exercise to do to lose weight and get in shape?

How many days out of the week should I exercise and what would you recommend? I plan on jogging at least an hour a day followed by lifting weights at college. If I continue this for the next 30 days will this help me get abs? Also, since I’m in college and people tend to gain weight, how can I watch my diet if I’m not calorie aware of what I eat?

Trying to get some 6 pack abs and need a little bit of help?

Im 14 and im trying to gain some muscle and a 6 pack.
I heard I should try running and crunches and push-ups and lifting weights so i bought a couple 10lb. dumbbells
So how much push-ups/crunches should i do? and how many reps and sets?

How to get a full defined six pack?

I am 17 and I am skinny and dont have any body fat over my stomach region or anywhere else really. I have a faint six pack and do lots of ab exercises but it doesnt seem to make my six pack anymore defined. Mainly my top abs are no fully developed either. I workout every other day lifting weights and such and was wondering what i can do to get a really good looking six pack. Any exercises or new ab workouts would be great suggestions.

I’m a skinny kid. I’m in shape and i swim 2 hours and 15 min on an advanced swim team 4 times a week. This summer im life guarding and would like to have a six pack or at least a more well toned body. What exercises should i be doing. I’m 15 years old 6 foot 3 and weigh 150 pounds. whats more important to get your abs to show, a diet or cardio, will you lose belly fat and fat from other places by being on a good diet and lifting weights, do you absolutely have to do cardio to lose weight

How can I get six pack abs while still lifting weights and doing lots of cardio?

I do lots of cardio by playing sports, and I lately I’ve been lifting weights twice a week while taking whey and my arms have gotten quite a bit bigger. I have pretty low body fat and I’m pretty lean. What is the best way for me to get a six pack? Should I just continue my normal routine and do 30 situps a night or something? Thanks.

I started jogging on a tredmill for 25 minutes every day as well as eating foods with high amounts of protein and drinking lots of water and milk. I have also been lifting weights and doing stomach excersizes every other day. I have already noticed improvements in my arm muscles but not yet my abs.
