I’m a girl, and i’ll be fourteen in a month and a half.
I’m an exercise freaaaaaaaak.
I go to the gym almost everyday of the week. (during summer, / 4-5 days during school cause of soccer) i’ve been going since october of 09.
I’ve done every program on the elliptical. (put the resistance up too)
I play soccer, and i have since january of this year.
Now i run on the treadmill for 22 1/2 minutes at a speed of 7.2
I then use the arm machines for a little bit, and then i go back on the treadmill for another 10 minutes at the same speed and sometimes i’ll go a little higher.
I’ve used weights before, but i’m not exactly sure what exercises i’m supposed to do to get abs.
I don’t want big six pack abs, but a nice toned stomach.
What should I eat?
What exercises, (leave pictures or videos bc i won’t understand words. ;p )
I’m about 5′2 1/2 and 120 lbs.
My legs are allll muscle. (that’s usually what I focused on)
I want to lose some flab off my stomach and get abs!

Hello im 14 i am currently working out fore abs since crunches sit ups strain my back i do too work outs i lay down lift my legs and move them in bicycle motion almost as im riding a bicycle. I also lift my legs to inches raise them to like 6 and then back down with out touching the groud. And any ideas fore upper ab workout?

How do i get abs. My stomach is just flat. Im 5 4" and i weigh 122 pounds (which i think is reasonable at my height) and my arms are all muscle and my legs are bone and muscle (calves) and i want abs in my stomach its just plain straight. What should i do? sit ups, crunches, etc…?

I’m 17, 5′2” and 132 pounds. I’m a very hard worker and actually quite strong. If I were to work out 6 days a week for an hour and a half (30-40 minutes of cardio & an hour of abs and either arms or legs weight lifting) how long would it take me to get completely toned and have six pack abs?

I do about 100 sit ups per night, including twisting ones for my sides and ones where I lift my legs and bum off the floor aswell as normal ones but I build muscle quite easily and now my tumy is sticking out in a kind of 6 pack! i’m a woman so it dosen’t look that great, i just wanted a flat stomach, how do I do it?

I try to start a crunch or sit up. I can’t even get into position! I try to do one crunch, and my head and chest go up, but the other parts of me stay down…and my legs are propped up. I’ve tried this on my bed, and that’s when I atleast go that far up. On the floor with my legs under a table, only my head makes it off the floor. I’d like to see if I can get a flat stomach by new years. Is there anyway that this severely out of shape woman can get a flat tummy? That’s the only area I want to work on at this time…for now, I like everything else the way it is. plz help. thanks.

I would like my legs to be muscular like the (female) Olympic sprinters. I don’t want to be THAT muscular but how would I train to do that on a stairmaster? I know high resistance low reps. But how often and for how long?

I’m 6′ 2" I weight 140 pounds, I’m really skinny and lean, I got no fat in my legs (squatting 200+ with my legs) and My arms are getting there (benching 135) I want to look good this summer for the ladies…My stomach is hard but its not quite there yet… I can do A plate (45) with my stomach but yet no six pack…How can I get results fast?

i want to firstly lose fat on them.
which i already do stationary bike 30 min.
and i eat pretty good. treat myself sometimes but i eat normal.
i dont think i should do squats and lunges. it makes my legs heavier and looks like more is piling up on them.
is the bike enough? i also stretch

i’m 16 about 5′ 8" and weigh about 135lbs (im a girl) and i play basketball everyday and i’m trying to get in good shape for basketball and at the same time get a six pack…i have been running about 2 miles everyday jump roping about 2 days a week and i work out for basketball 5 days a week legs arms and abs…ive been known for being one of the most muscular girls on all my basketball teams but i have never really worked on abs until a couple months ago…i can somewhat see an outline of my abs but there is still a thin layer of fat over my abs…can i get a six pack? if so how much longer do you think it will take?

ok, so the thing is ive never really worked out, ever. I have great arms and really strong legs but these are all from just working hard. Im having a hard time doing situps, but i know i have 3 months to improve. How long do you think it will take me to get my abs into shape, and what are some good exersizes?

Kay, Im 15, 5 foot 9, about 119 pounds. I do Taekwondo and i have muscle verse fat. What is the best workout to get six-pack abs? Is there stuff I should and shouldn’t eat? Right now I kind of have a little pouch that will NOT GO AWAY and it is driving me nuts. Also if someone could tell me the best way to tone up my legs (mostly my thighs) that would be great. They are long and lean for the most part but my thighs defiantly have a ton of muscle that I can’t seem to tone. And my calfs jiggle a lot. Thank you so much.
I am not trying to lose weight I just want to tone the muscle I have.

im not particulary large, 5ft 5, weighing 8.5 stone, i want to know how to lose stomach fat and get sexy abs. i walk quite a lot about and hour a day and even though my legs are toned, nothing is happening for my stomach or hips. please help
oh and btw, i rely dont want to take pills, what have i got to lose??!!…pffftt lol
