How to get six pack abs/nice body?

I want to have a toned chest and torsoe. I want to have nice toned abs. And I want to have nice really toned (but not too buff) arms/legs.

How can I accomplish this? I don’t have a gym membership because it’s too expensive. So I guess push-ups and sit-ups?

What to eat/what to avoid eating? And how often daily?

Please advise on the best way to do this.

Im 50 kg (110 pounds) 20 years old female, my stomach is mostly flat. I’m ready to excercise for as many hours a day as it takes to get my legs toned and nice abs. Can I do it in a week or two? How can I tone my abs and lose weight without getting muscular?

So I want to be toner, but not get thicker arms or legs due to muscle. I’m very petite and short and its harder to lose weight when you can’t stretch it out like tall people can. How could I get thinner and burn fat, but not gain a lot of muscle? I don’t want an athletic looking body, but a slimmer one (I definitely don’t want model thin, but no rock-hard abs either).

Should I just be eating better to burn fat? And only exercise a little to not build too much muscle?

can i get abs by drinking protein shakes?

i have a body fat percentage of 12%-15%, and i dont have well defined abs but its not wobbly. so i was wondering if i started drinking protein shakes will, and start jog a little bit would it just make my legs stronger or my abs somewhat and how much. i really hate doing crunches and joging is just so much eaiser and when i do new crunches i see from youtube i dont no if i am doing them right.

I am 16 yrs old and i workout every 3 or 4 days a week (lifting weight). I weigh 140, am slim/slender and my height is 5,8. I have seen results on my arms, chest, legs, back etc except for my six pack. I have been doing some sit-ups and crunches for the past 4 months and no results. How can I get rid of belly fat, and proceed to getting some abs?

So, I’m a 14 year old chick and I have a pretty healthy weight (somewhere around 124-125 or something like that). But I do have a bit of a belly bulge going on these days, along with some pretty big thighs. I think I found a good way to slim down my legs, but what about flattening that stomach (and hopefully getting some abs)? I have heard everything from "running every day is the key!" to " running won’t do crap". Ha ha, you can see my confusion. I’m totally prepared to begin a healthier diet as well! I would appreciate it *so* much if I could get a general idea of what to do! Please note lastly that I’m not doing this because I think I’m fatt, I’m doing this because I want to be healthier and a bit less lethargic! Thank you!

How do I trim down my middle? And get hard abs?

So I am a short 4’10" and weigh 88 lbs, I’m an avid soccer player with toned quads and calves, however my tummy is a floppy round ball of fat. How do I trim down my middle in about 2 months? I already eat somewhat healthily. I just would love to have hard abs to match my legs. Thanks!

I guess this is every girl’s dream, to get amazing legs and flatter tummy. I basically did everything from Seventeen magazine’s Exercising section with the titles ‘How to get abs’ and yeah stuff like that, everyday without fail for 2 months now. and i don’t feel a single change in my body.

What exercises can I do to get a six pack?

I already do three exercises every evening, sit ups, holding my body flat and strait, a fee inches off the ground by my fore arms, and holding my legs strait and lifting them a few inches off the ground. Is this enough to get a proper six pack? I already have some definition but it isn’t that much :/

How to get a six pack by this summer?

I want a six pack and a toned body by this summer. I work out 4 times a week for one hour, each time I do 30 mins on my abdominal area and 30 mins working on a different body part (sometimes biceps, triceps, legs, shoulders etc). I also do football (soccer for the Americans) 3 times a week for an hour and a half. Am I doing all the right things? How long will it take? And Should I be taking protein shakes?

How long does it take to get ripped on a 5 day workout schedule?

I’m extremely skinny but i’ve been working out since september 5 and i’ve been seeing some good results.
Sunday: Arms and some abs
Monday: shoulders and legs
Tuesday: Forarms and abs
Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Back and abs (i really want abs)

For each muscle group i do about 3-4 freewieight excersises with 4 sets of 8 each, I challenge myself but not an impossible amount. I also drink protein within 30 minutes of the end of my workout.

Given this, how long will it take to get ripped ya think?

Is this enough to get nice abs?

Basically, I’m down to 1,300 calories a day. All healthy foods. Also, 3 times a week I do cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike, etc) for 30 minutes, then do my abs, legs, etc. I do 50-65 lbs on the crunch machine, 100 each time I go to the gym. So 300 crunches a week. Is this effective, or should I be doing more?

How can i get abs or a toned stomach?

I’m a girl, and i’ll be fourteen in a month and a half.
I’m an exercise freaaaaaaaak.
I go to the gym almost everyday of the week. (during summer, / 4-5 days during school cause of soccer) i’ve been going since october of 09.

I’ve done every program on the elliptical. (put the resistance up too)
I play soccer, and i have since january of this year.
Now i run on the treadmill for 22 1/2 minutes at a speed of 7.2
I then use the arm machines for a little bit, and then i go back on the treadmill for another 10 minutes at the same speed and sometimes i’ll go a little higher.

I’ve used weights before, but i’m not exactly sure what exercises i’m supposed to do to get abs.
I don’t want big six pack abs, but a nice toned stomach.
What should I eat?
What exercises, (leave pictures or videos bc i won’t understand words. ;p )

I’m about 5’2 1/2 and 120 lbs.
My legs are allll muscle. (that’s usually what I focused on)
I want to lose some flab off my stomach and get abs! :D

Hello im 14 i am currently working out fore abs since crunches sit ups strain my back i do too work outs i lay down lift my legs and move them in bicycle motion almost as im riding a bicycle. I also lift my legs to inches raise them to like 6 and then back down with out touching the groud. And any ideas fore upper ab workout?

How can I get a flat tummy the natural way?

I try to start a crunch or sit up. I can’t even get into position! I try to do one crunch, and my head and chest go up, but the other parts of me stay down…and my legs are propped up. I’ve tried this on my bed, and that’s when I atleast go that far up. On the floor with my legs under a table, only my head makes it off the floor. I’d like to see if I can get a flat stomach by new years. Is there anyway that this severely out of shape woman can get a flat tummy? How would you train to get muscles like the Olympic sprinters?

I would like my legs to be muscular like the (female) Olympic sprinters. I don’t want to be THAT muscular but how would I train to do that on a stairmaster? I know high resistance low reps. But how often and for how long?

Kay, Im 15, 5 foot 9, about 119 pounds. I do Taekwondo and i have muscle verse fat. What is the best workout to get six-pack abs? Is there stuff I should and shouldn’t eat? Right now I kind of have a little pouch that will NOT GO AWAY and it is driving me nuts. Also if someone could tell me the best way to tone up my legs (mostly my thighs) that would be great. They are long and lean for the most part but my thighs defiantly have a ton of muscle that I can’t seem to tone. And my calfs jiggle a lot. Thank you so much.

im not particulary large, 5ft 5, weighing 8.5 stone, i want to know how to lose stomach fat and get sexy abs. i walk quite a lot about and hour a day and even though my legs are toned, nothing is happening for my stomach or hips. please help
