How to get a 6 pack abs?

I have a problem with eating healthy. I will eat healthy for like 2 days then pig out 2 days and eat like McDonalds, cake, and junk food. How can I make myself eat healthy all the time until I get a 6 pack abs. Also I was wondering if swimming in my pool everyday will speed up the process in getting a 6 pack. Thanks!

How to get 6 pack abs? for 14 year old?

How many situps a day, what foods should I eat? I know these questions are common sense but I need to know for sure on how much I do and what to eat. Just making sure cause my house is filled with junk food. Helpful tips would be nice, thanks for reading.

what is the best exercise for building a six pack?

ok heres the thing. im already insanely healthy. i eat right, i work out all the time, i never touch junk food. and yet i dont think im doing the right exercise for getting that visible six pack abs that everyman wants. ive been doing sit ups and this thing called the bicycle maneuver. im 14 and male i do these exercises for about 3 hours a day and nothing! wat exersise should i be doing?

Is this a good work out and will I get abs this way??

Eating 1000-1200 calories a day and no junk food at all and doing 40 minutes of cardio then using the ab lounge for 20-30 minutes everyday

I’m already TERRIBLY skinny, I weigh 88lbs (5′1)..90+lbs after I eat..
I’m a 14 year old girl and I workout constantly..
Not too much cardio..only 30 minutes on the elliptical 3 days a week..

I mostly work on strength training and pilates..
Pilates is a KILLER workout on your abs..
I eat TONS of protein and carbs.. yet my stomach muscles are not defined as I want them to be..

the only thing I have is a vanilla latte from DD’s every Sunday (with skim milk and 1 splenda)
I very rarely have junk.. but if it’s for a special occasion or i’m at someones house.. I might have to eat cause I don’t want to be rude

How can i get abs i need help?

Iam a really skinny person (Not to a point where the bone is showing) and i want to get a six pack,How would i get it in atleast 3 months? I can see my 4 pack almost coming out thats because i did track last year.

Also i can never gain weight no matter how much junk food i eat or fattening food.

Can it be due to my genetics that I can't get abs that "stick out?"?

So I’ve been working out a lot for at least 3 months now. I was lean to start, active, but have been trying to build muscle the past 3 months. But I still can’t get close to a six-pack or have the rippling abs.

I do sit ups and crunches, 3 or 4 sets of about 30 reps, but still i just have a flat stomach. I’m wondering if it could just be genetics… cuz I have friends with 6packs that I started to train with and I haven’t really seen much physical results, but they have in the same amount of time.

I was thinking of trying a cutter supplement? I don’t want to lose weight but thinking maybe that will help sculpt my abs, even though I have a low body fat % anyway????
and i dont eat junk food, i eat healthy, lots of small meals with lean meats, etc… my stomach is completely flat, i just want my abs to stick out more
and i run a couple miles twice a week but i don’t want to lose weight so I was skeptical about running more

Do I need to do extra exercise to get my abs when i'm skinny?

Hey I’m 18 years old 6 feet tall and 135 pounds. It’s underweight by a few. I don’t each much junk food i try to eat healthy and avoid junk. I sometimes eat something sweet but not much of it. Maybe once or twice a week. I do eat a lot of grapes sometimes I eat a whole package in 1 day. But other than that I don’t eat much sweets and i do plan to cut down. I do this ab workout that really works and i can kind of see and i can feel my six pack coming in. I have been doing some jogging for 20 minutes a day. But since i eat healthy foods and I lift weights for my arms and do an effective ab workout. And that i’m skinny and underweight. Do i need to do some jogging or can I just workout.

how much time does it take (estimate) to get flat abs?

i am a female and i want to know if 8 months is long enough to get flat abs if i exercise consistently and eat a clean, healthy diet 90% of the time. Which means have a cheat meal every 18 days and a "junk food" like chips or cookies every 20 days. Would this get me vanessa hudgens or jessica alba body/abs?

How to get abs, foods and workouts?

im 16, i play soccer and run almost everyday of the week. i lift three times a week. My abs dont show though. usually once a day i’ll do 100 crunches, 100 bicycles, and 100 side planks. i know thats not enough but sometimes i’ll do an ab workout on demand.

Is it possible to loose belly fat just by sweating?

I’m curious and no where I seem to look has any source of an answer, but do you think it’s possible to loose belly fat just by sweating? Not doing exercises or anything, but just being under a blanket when it’s warm, and not eating too much junk food during the day. If you keep this as a cretin routine do you think it would burn belly fat? I’m going to put it to the test but I’d still like to see what you think of it.

Summer is near, and the perfect thing to go with it is a strong, six-pack stomach.
Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
Im going to the gym 1 hour (sometimes 1.5), 5 times a week (Mon.-Fri.). I do everything from spinning, weightlifting, abs & push-ups, etc.
Im also planning to run from 30 min. to 1 hour every morning before breakfast.
If i follow this routine, aprox. how long woill it take me to see results (see a six-pack)?
