Im 6'2'' 180 with like 10.5% body fat and a 32 inch waist how can I get rid of skin on my lower abs?

I recently lost 65 pounds and have a couple abs peeking through Any suggesstions?

ab routine for those wonderful 6 pack abs exercises?

hey, could anyone give me some information on what exercises i could do do acheive 6 pack abs. I dont have acess to a gym, and i hate doing sit ups because of the pain it puts on your back. I am 16, weigh 175 and am 6,2 . Yes i know a healthy diet, and cardio are needed. Any information on what exercises, standing up, or ones i can do without too much pain on back, how often to do them, and how many reps/ sets etc, would be very much appreciated. Also, if you have tried it before, or have 6 pack abs somehow, please share =D thank you ahead of time for your responses

how do i get rid of fat over my abs?

i have some layer of fat over my abs, i can see a two pack on top but as you go down to the stomach its not showing like a natural 6 pack. I have a healthy diet i guess, run/ swim around 20 miles a week and im 13. thanks =D

crunches – 1 x 25
Lying leg thrusts – 1 x 15
Ab scissors – 1 x 20
Ab bicycles – 1 x 30
Alternating ab crunches – 1 x 20
reverse crunches – 1 x 20
push ups – 1 x 10

repeat this 2 times with 100sec jogging in place and 100 rope jumps before this exercises and between them will this be enough to get abs 3 times a week ofc
also do u know any good fat burning cardio that i can do in my room

I am 15 years old. I’m 5′9" and weigh 130 lbs. I have a low body fat percentage and i have a healthy diet. I dont eat any junk food. I work out my abs about 3-4 times a week and i drink a protein shake after every workout. I excersise frequently. How long do you think it will take me to get a six pack?

how much time does it take (estimate) to get flat abs?

i am a female and i want to know if 8 months is long enough to get flat abs if i exercise consistently and eat a clean, healthy diet 90% of the time. Which means have a cheat meal every 18 days and a "junk food" like chips or cookies every 20 days. Would this get me vanessa hudgens or jessica alba body/abs?

I’m a guy and I’m 25. I’m 6 feet and about 165 pounds. Recently, I have had some little fat on my abdomen and I really wanna get rid of it and get 6 pack abs which I never had and always wanted. I know nutrition play a major rule and I’m trying to stick to a healthy diet. I want to know what are the best exercises/workouts to get a toned abs or better a 6 pack abs? How many sets and reps? Im 16 years old. i am about 6 foot 165lbs. i am on an extremely healthy diet. I know that spot reduction is bologna, bogus. I do cardio such as jump rope ,running, and bicycle riding everyday. I lift weights often. I do crunches(proper form) about twice a week. I am very athletic and get about 2 hours a day of exercise. i know the key to getting six pack abs is to lose over body fat, but i am in an ideal weight. My stomach has some ab cuts, but its nowhere near how i want to look. any suggestions?

Hi there!

I am 13 years of age and over the last what, 3-4 days have been trying to achieve those dream abs! I do plenty of cardio everyday – badminton/jogging/boxing, and also do 100 normal and reverse crunches along with lot’s of bicycle and leg lifts. I am on quite a strict healthy diet, eating plenty of fruit/veg/cerial and drinking lot’s of water.

I am trying to achieve the 6 pack before the 19th, which gives me 19 days from now before I go on holiday.

The below pictures are of what I have achieved over the past 3-4 days of trying.

Something that’s had me wondering: When lying down and by lifting my neck up just the slightest I get that dream six pack, literally, but when I tense while standing up I can only achieve a 4 pack and if I’m lucky, the outline of a six pack. I’m wondering if I am tensing wrongly, if someone could describe the exact way to tense properly that would be greatly appreciated!

Estimations on how long it will take me following this routine and of course, more suggestions to improve my workout would also be great!

how to get a muscular belly without 6 pack?

i don’t want to look like a man,i just want to get the line at the down area. how could i get it easily just by doing 2 or 3 exercising without complicated diet. i have a good healthy diet so i only need the exercise programme.

Breakfast – Weetabix or a healthy cereal.
Am snack – Apple
Lunch – Cheese sandwich with lettuce
Pm snack – Nuts
Dinner – Chicken, with potatoes or rice.

Exercise:
Lots of cardio (1 hour+ running, football)
Football at break time and lunchtime.
Before bed, some V crunches.
