Im 16, 6ft tall and 166lbs. Im in really good shape and have a sort of six pack, but i have slight love handles on my obliques. I also have the v cut line but the line only shows like 2inches down my gut.
does anybody know how i can get a full v-cut shape under my abs.
How can i build them up fast ?

I want to get a little stronger. Im a 14 year old guy and im really skinny. I skate and ride bmx so im in pretty good shape. I was jw what workout i should do at home to get stronger and get abs. Like how many sit ups a day. If anybody knows please let me know. Thanks, Mike.

I’m in pretty good shape. But my thing is abs. I can do at least 200 sit-ups a day and still no six pack. What do I have to do o get them? I’ve heard it involves what you eat has something to do with it. So help me please.

I recently started forming the top 2 layers of my abs to where their viewable a little. Do I need to do different work outs to work the bottom layer? If so what are good routines to get a good shape and definition.

i’m 13 and i am in really good shape–i’m a cheerleader–but i would really like to have a six pack. what exercises can i do and what types of food do i have to eat to get a six pack really fast? and don’t worry about the workout being too long or hard–i’m home all day so i have plenty of time. thank you guys!

i’m 16 about 5′ 8" and weigh about 135lbs (im a girl) and i play basketball everyday and i’m trying to get in good shape for basketball and at the same time get a six pack…i have been running about 2 miles everyday jump roping about 2 days a week and i work out for basketball 5 days a week legs arms and abs…ive been known for being one of the most muscular girls on all my basketball teams but i have never really worked on abs until a couple months ago…i can somewhat see an outline of my abs but there is still a thin layer of fat over my abs…can i get a six pack? if so how much longer do you think it will take?
