This may seem kind of weird but, I want a flat stomach and I am not sure how to get one without getting a six pack. I use to do ab exercises everyday and stuff, and I ended up getting a six pack, not a flat stomach. Any ideas? Thanks :) xoxo
I do not need to lose any weight at all, in fact i am underweight for my height and age! I just want a flat stomach not a six pack. :)

I working on getting a six pack, I have a layer of fat on my abs though. Everyone keeps saying the best way to get defined abs is lose weight, but I’m actually trying to gain weight and get bigger by working out all my other muscle groups. Will the fat on my stomach eventually turn into muscle if I keep working my abs out?

weight about 9 stone

been working out for about 2 weeks(sit up , push ups , Weights)

have not been eating any junk food

just wanted to know what should i be eating i know no junk food and that but at the moment i’ve been eating this

i think im quite near getting a six pack because when i tense i can see all the 6 abs i just have some flab(not much flab just when i slouch down it sticks out) there so i cant see it.
about 6 days a week i do a 30 minute run at fast speed on tredmill. im going to cut out all chocolate out my diet and eat more protein and fruit. how long would it take so the abs show all the time when im standing up or doing anything..? i also do lots of weight training.

How many crunches would i have to do a day to get a six pack in three weeks ?And what are palaties i think thats spelled rite ??? I need help getting a six pack in three weeks !!!

I am working on getting a six pack. I have been doing 200 situps consistently every day. anything else i should do? any food i should eat or lay off?

Hey i am 14 and just wondering what would be a good diet for getting a six-pack. I know the workouts i should be doing and i am but i am just wondering what kinds of foods i should be eating and how much of them.
