I am 5 ‘ 8 & i weigh 150 lbs , i have chub on my stomach , but not like aton of it , i just want a flat stomach , then abs . How do you loose body fat first , then get abs ? How to get 6 pack abs in 15 minutes a day?

I’d like to dismantle the question of How to get 6 pack abs into three parts. the answer involve the development of a hidden emotional muscle; that is the will. Together with it a mental muscle gas to be developed; that is self discipline. And now arrives the third part; that is the body.

In this article we will shortly get the principles of How to get 6 pack abs, starting with two exercises that have the same two objectives: lose fat and build muscle.

For building muscle we will use two exercises:

  1. Do Crunches

Put a mat on the floor, lie down, cross your arms in front of your chest, bend your knees. Your hands should not be placed behind your head.

Raise your shoulders towards your knees, lifting only part of your torso off the floor, not all of it. The shoulders’ lifting is the most important part of the crunch. Exhale when going up, stop your breath for a moment when you’re on the top and inhale when going down.

Go down until all your back touches the ground. Avoid touching the ground with your head.

  1. 2. Do Sit Ups

Like before, Lie down on the floor, but now put your feet on the floor, your knees up and the fingers are placed behind your ears or hands that are crossed on your chest.

Go up until you will find yourself in a sitting position, and lower yourself down. Now do it again. After a while muscles will become stronger and another effort will be needed. Then arrives the time for more challenges. An inclined bench will do just fine. An exercise ball will fit as well. The next step will require weight on your chest while you do that same exercise.

Now, these are two exercises amongst plenty more, doing them will provide you with the basic ease and confidence to continue developing your ABS.

I only have 3 weeks max to get a flat stomach or six pack. I would rather have a six pack but a flat stomach is fine. I am not fat I only have a little fat on my stomach to lose. I am 15 and weigh 155. I ride my bike 8.5 miles everyday which takes an hour and I lift weights almost everyday or 3 days a week. I have a flat stomach and i’v been doing like 50 bicycle crunches every night and when i flex really hard i can see like some abs but i want abs to show regularly like when im not flexing too.

I have been doing around 100 to 200 sit ups daily and have also been doing the Hula Hoop for about 45 minutes a day but this has not been everyday.
I’ve also been on a diet and I’m keeping track of everything that I eat.

I am going on holiday in two weeks and just want my flat stomach back before I go but it doesn’t seem to be going down.

I try to start a crunch or sit up. I can’t even get into position! I try to do one crunch, and my head and chest go up, but the other parts of me stay down…and my legs are propped up. I’ve tried this on my bed, and that’s when I atleast go that far up. On the floor with my legs under a table, only my head makes it off the floor. I’d like to see if I can get a flat stomach by new years. Is there anyway that this severely out of shape woman can get a flat tummy? I already have a flat stomach and when I flex my abs, I can see an outline of a six pack, but how can I have a very well defined six pack, one that will show with out flexing at all? What should I be eating and what exercises should I be doing (I already do tons of crunches and run 4 miles a day) to obtain my six pack goal?

I am currently weight training to put on muscle, and am relatively skinny except for around my stomach which has a lot of fat around it.

I do not want to do large amounts of CV because it will lose the muscle I have already achieved. How do I go about losing the fat on my stomach, especially on the sides, whilst maintaining my muscle training. I am 21 and want to achieve the V shape with a flat stomach especially on the sides. Currently it looks like an upside down V!!!!

I am an avid runner and swimmer. I think I need to shed five pounds to have a flat stomach. I am eating about a 2200 calorie diet and doing lots of ab workouts.
