why have a started too get abs when i stopped exercising and started eating MacDonald's?

basically like about a year and a half ago i decided too get a 6 pack, i was 15 and i did sit ups evory day and then i started doing them with weights, i did them evory day and it was getting too the point where i was actually dreading doing them cus the weights were making my back hurt but i did it for like 6 months i was doing 50 reps 3 times a day with (i think each weight was 8kg and i had 2 dumbbells on my shoulders) and after a while all i had was a line down the middle i could feel lightly and a bad back so i decided it wasn’t worth it and stopped, i could do 6k normal sit ups and had nothing visible

i also used too ride my bike every day with my m8s

now im 16 at col and its like a year l8r i don’t so any sit ups or anything i don’t ride my bike and got a bus pass and i eat MacDonald’s at least 3 times a week cus its near the collage and my m8 has d staff discount card but now i have a well visible four pack that i seem 2 have developed in the last few months and you can see the other 2 when i lean back and tense my stomach (i have some stomach fat that’s why i need too lean back)

i have always carried any weight on my stomach i have literally no fat on my lower arms and legs

i weigh between 8.5 and 9 stone and im 5 ft 7, why have i suddenly gained a 6 pack

also if i start doing some running and lay off the maccies will it get more defined as i loose stomach fat or will it go too?

How long does it take for a healthy 15 year old to get a six pack?

My weight is 110 lbs, my height is 5"2. BMI = 20.1 (I am at a healthy weight for my hegith). I would like to get more muscular, especially on my arms and abs. What would be a good work out that I can do each night using dumbbells and body exercises, espcially upper body exercises and how long should I spend on each one? And I also need to know what I Should be eating and not eating to get more muscular. I don’t eat fast food and I don’t drink coke or other sugary drinks.

Also, how long do you think it will take for me to get a six pack if I work out every night, and once you get one is it hard to keep?

I am a thin girl. I can sorta see the outline of my abs in the mirror, but I want to know which exercises can I do at home to make those muscles grow. I have some 8lb dumbbells, and the floor to use. I don’t live close to any gyms.
I have no fat on my abs. I just dont know exercises to hypertrophy those specific muscles.

How to get strong 6 pack abs and chest (pecks) for a male?

I am a 15 (but will be 16 shortly) year old male and I have got partly a 6pack but it doesn’t show much as I would like it to, and wondering if anybody knows how to get strong 6 pack abs? I have no gym equipment at all apart from dumbbells, does anyone know of any exercises which will get me strong abs?

Also are there any exercises with/without using dumbbells which would get me strong pecks?

how do you get a six-pack without equipment eg dumbbells at the age of 13 years?

im 13 and i want to get a six-pack to show the bullies that im not a weak little nerd. Im too poor to afford equipment eg dumbbells and weights. I don’t have a six-pack but i hav a faint outline of a normal pack like nothing so i want to know how to get a six-pack without equipment at the age of 13 years of age?
