How to get abs, basically get ripped?
I’m 14, what do I do to get a six pack? I weigh 120, and I have belly fat. How do I lose it? What could I eat as a diet? What exercises could I do? I already have been doing sit ups, crunches, for about 3 months, or more. & what do I do to get pecs, besides push ups? Thanks.
Can you be too skinny to get abs?
I’m a 15 year old male, I’m quite short (slightly over 5ft) and really skinny, I weigh nearly 7 stone. I want to get decent abs but I think I could be too skinny, if I start doing sit ups and crunches will It make me even skinnier or will it help me look larger and better built?

hey, could anyone give me some information on what exercises i could do do acheive 6 pack abs. I dont have acess to a gym, and i hate doing sit ups because of the pain it puts on your back. I am 16, weigh 175 and am 6,2 . Yes i know a healthy diet, and cardio are needed. Any information on what exercises, standing up, or ones i can do without too much pain on back, how often to do them, and how many reps/ sets etc, would be very much appreciated. Also, if you have tried it before, or have 6 pack abs somehow, please share =D thank you ahead of time for your responses
Do you need to lose the stomach FAT before you start to get abs?
my question is like this…i have stomach fat. but i am wondering do i need to do work outs to lose it before i do work out to get abs? like i see ppl doing sit ups to get the 6 pack abs and i want to do them, but do i need to worry about working off the fat before doing the ab work outs? thanks!
How can A 15 yr old girl get abs?
So about an hour ago I was at my 13 year old cousin’s and this is how it went down.
My Cousin: Hey

Cousin: It’s all in the abs.
So he showed me his abs and I gasped. I also had a thought "How can I get abs?". I’ve always content with my body, but honestly the only thing I would change is my stomach. I have a nice body (I think!) but I think having abs would be an awesome accomplishment. I’ve been doing sit-ups and eating a little better, but I also want to know if theirs other things I can put into this effort… Please help and list tyou suggestions(:

ok heres the thing. im already insanely healthy. i eat right, i work out all the time, i never touch junk food. and yet i dont think im doing the right exercise for getting that visible six pack abs that everyman wants. ive been doing sit ups and this thing called the bicycle maneuver. im 14 and male i do these exercises for about 3 hours a day and nothing! wat exersise should i be doing?

Obviously you are interested in exercising a 6 pack abs workout, so I can tell you that according to my experience there are many aspects involved for getting a better looking abs and one of the most important of them all is what work plan you stick to. Now, in few words I will tell you how your 6 pack abs workout should be like.
In order to have a successful six pack abs you have to do two things. One is to develop it and the second is to expose it. Exposing it means to burn fat and that in turn will lose the belly fat that is covering your abs. this is done by making your metabolism boosted and prepared for fat burning. For that high metabolism is needed. Which exercises will have such an influence on your metabolism?
Long extended exercises are not the kind of exercises that will boost your metabolism. It might be easy to do but it isn’t utile for that job. The cause for burning fat is intense workout. It can be short but intense. For training these exercises an effort should be done. It will probably not be the hardest thing you have ever done, but you should understand that there is no quick solution to have successful six pack abs, there is an effort to be done.
The minute you will have the smallest results, thing you will sure have, your motivation will increase automatically.
The areas around your abs are as important for a nice looking abs as the abs area itself. Exercises such as pushups and sit-up are only part of the exercises involved on the course of having good looking abs.
Burning your belly fat will help a lot to get you a great six pack. Repetitive exercises are not meant for that. We will use different exercises than those needed only for developing your abs.

flat stomach?
hey im 14 years old. a girl i would like to know how can i flatten my stomach? for today i already make 100 crunches for 10 minutes. besites doing sit-ups what should i do and what meals should i eat everyday? and i dont like vegetables i only eat others like fruits and meats etc. i usually eat breads but i knw its full in carbohydrate but i heard it has loads of calcium.

I am 15 and way 120 lbs. I’m definatley not over wieght. I had a six pack for a while last year, but it eventually went away. I have been doing sit ups and push ups daily. I have gained quite a bit of upper body strength, but my six pack hasn’t come back yet.
