Is there a way to get abs despite eating junk food?
I love pizza, cake, soda, hot dogs, etc., but I work out almost daily. I’m thin, but is there a way I would be able to get a toned stomach while not giving up the junk food? (since I don’t realistically see myself having a diet of just veggies)
To get washboard abs, do I do lots of reps or do less reps with weights?

I am a 14 (almost 15) year old girl, 5’4, 109 lbs, and I absolutely hate my stomach! I am normal weight for my height, I know. I’m not looking to lose weight or anything. I just want a nice body. What is the quickest way to get abs?
I do 160 sit ups a day, run a mile or two every day. Not to mention the PT I do regularly being as I am in the Army. I would like to get some abs within a month, if possible. I don’t eat a lot of food because I don’t have an appetite often, when I do eat it’s a lot of burgers, tacos & pizza etc. My weight is 173 has been for the last three years never changes… I’m 5’8 20 years old. Obviously you are interested in exercising a 6 pack abs workout, so I can tell you that according to my experience there are many aspects involved for getting a better looking abs and one of the most important of them all is what work plan you stick to. Now, in few words I will tell you how your 6 pack abs workout should be like.
In order to have a successful six pack abs you have to do two things. One is to develop it and the second is to expose it. Exposing it means to burn fat and that in turn will lose the belly fat that is covering your abs. this is done by making your metabolism boosted and prepared for fat burning. For that high metabolism is needed. Which exercises will have such an influence on your metabolism?
Long extended exercises are not the kind of exercises that will boost your metabolism. It might be easy to do but it isn’t utile for that job. The cause for burning fat is intense workout. It can be short but intense. For training these exercises an effort should be done. It will probably not be the hardest thing you have ever done, but you should understand that there is no quick solution to have successful six pack abs, there is an effort to be done.
The minute you will have the smallest results, thing you will sure have, your motivation will increase automatically.

I’m thirteen, and I have this little fat pouch on the bottom of my stomach that’s very annoying. It’s not terrible, and I know it’ll be gone once I start swimming in the fall, but right now swimming isn’t an option. With a good diet and 1 hour of excersises 5 times a week, how long does it take to get a six-pack??
Summer is near, and the perfect thing to go with it is a strong, six-pack stomach.
Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
Im going to the gym 1 hour (sometimes 1.5), 5 times a week (Mon.-Fri.). I do everything from spinning, weightlifting, abs & push-ups, etc.
Im also planning to run from 30 min. to 1 hour every morning before breakfast.
If i follow this routine, aprox. how long woill it take me to see results (see a six-pack)?

for some reason icant get a six pack. my diet is great so all ineed is a BETTER routine
my routine is:
-weighted crunches (100)
-elbow to knees(twisted crunches) (50)
-ankle touches (50)
-planks (1 min)
-side planks (1 min each arm)
then i repeat each

close to getting a six pack( abs)?
i think im quite near getting a six pack because when i tense i can see all the 6 abs i just have some flab(not much flab just when i slouch down it sticks out) there so i cant see it.
about 6 days a week i do a 30 minute run at fast speed on tredmill. im going to cut out all chocolate out my diet and eat more protein and fruit. how long would it take so the abs show all the time when im standing up or doing anything..? i also do lots of weight training.

im trying to get a six pack and i workout 3 or 4 times a week but there is a small layer of fat over my abs. Can i lose this weight by just dieting or would i have to do cardio as well???

hi, im currently eating correctly for them but in my dailt diet im also taking in over 192 grams of carbohydrates and 22 grams of fat. Im sure the fat levels are okay but is this too much carbohydrates? ive tried aznd tested so many different meals and this is literally the lowest I can get it down to without falling too far from my calorie intake! (im not fat or anything just want to lose a bit of belly fat to get these abs, as I am weight training aswell) thanks for your help
