I’m 17, I have a fairly decent diet, I’m doing 30mins of cardio a day and 30mins of weighted crunches 2-5 times a week, i’m also taking creatine supplements. I’m 5′10" and 134 pounds. My body fat is somewhere between 6.5 and 8%. So does anybody know roughly how long it might take me to get reasonably defined abs and then maybe a decent six-pack?

I’m looking in the Maximum Fitness magazines and everyone has gotten in the best shape of their life according to the Pie Chart have Supplements integrated in their regime of diet, strength training, and cardio. If there is no way around it(without supplements)…what do you think of Lipo 6 pills?

How many days out of the week should I exercise and what would you recommend? I plan on jogging at least an hour a day followed by lifting weights at college. Obviously you are interested in exercising a 6 pack abs workout, so I can tell you that according to my experience there are many aspects involved for getting a better looking abs and one of the most important of them all is what work plan you stick to. Now, in few words I will tell you how your 6 pack abs workout should be like.

In order to have a successful six pack abs you have to do two things. One is to develop it and the second is to expose it. Exposing it means to burn fat and that in turn will lose the belly fat that is covering your abs. this is done by making your metabolism boosted and prepared for fat burning. For that high metabolism is needed. Which exercises will have such an influence on your metabolism?

Long extended exercises are not the kind of exercises that will boost your metabolism. It might be easy to do but it isn’t utile for that job. The cause for burning fat is intense workout. It can be short but intense. For training these exercises an effort should be done. It will probably not be the hardest thing you have ever done, but you should understand that there is no quick solution to have successful six pack abs, there is an effort to be done.

The minute you will have the smallest results, thing you will sure have, your motivation will increase automatically.

I’m thirteen, and I have this little fat pouch on the bottom of my stomach that’s very annoying. It’s not terrible, and I know it’ll be gone once I start swimming in the fall, but right now swimming isn’t an option. I eat pretty much healthy (not super healthy, but I have a good diet for a teen) and I go on the elliptical for thirty minutes a day, but I’m seeing nothing. I just had a baby recently and i have all this extra skin on my stomach. I’m not all extra fat or nothing but i cant seem to get rid of this belly fat.

I have been doing around 100 to 200 sit ups daily and have also been doing the Hula Hoop for about 45 minutes a day but this has not been everyday.
I’ve also been on a diet and I’m keeping track of everything that I eat.

Im male, 17. Im starting a 90% vegan diet (%10 meat,fish,chicken) and drinking water ONLY. No junk food, fast food, soft drinks, or excess fats or sugars.
