If i do hundreds of crunches a day will that help me get abs?

I’m skinny, so i don’t really need to burn fat at all to see abs but i was wondering: if i do like 100 or 200 crunches a day or something will that help me get abs or is it useless to do countless crunches until i cant do them anymore?

I’m not trying to get abs in 30 days or anything but over a course of like 6 months would i have abs by then?

so now i got the size. now i want 6 or 8 packs too. but my fear is all my effort will go waste same like before and i feel only the guys with high metabolism in their body get this 6 packs. and i get fat very soon if i eat oily food. so i don’t eat much oily food. so now what workouts should i do and take which supplements, in addition to heavy weight lifting to get 6 packs and also i don’t want to loose even a centimeter of my size mainly on the arms and shoulder. please help.

6 pack abs question. PLEASE HELP.?

I don’t know what’s going on. I’m physically fit, not overweight at all (if anything underweight), and I’ve started to work out. I can understand why I don’t have a 6 pack, because I’ve only recently been really working out, but I have a question/problem that bamboozles me. My friend has a 6 pack and we go to the gym together…. After doing whatever is in our workout schedule, we always do abs. We get to the weight room, and we each to a set or two of 100 crunches on a crunch machine or whatever you want to call it. No matter how many either of us do, he always tires out before me. Today he did about 200 and I literally did 700… This confuses/annoys me because he has a six pack and I have almost no definition at all yet I can outdo him in ab workouts without being the least bit sore. The only reason I stopped at 700 was because he wanted to go. It hurts while I’m doing it, to the point that I have to stop to relieve the pain, but once it goes away after a few seconds, no matter how intense the pain was, my abs are not sore. Today for example, after doing 700 crunches, the same way my friend was doing them plus my own way which hurts much more, my abs are not sore. Can anyone explain this?

I am 16. I am around 6"0 170 lbs. I am looking to achieve a 6 pack. In the morning I eat scrambled eggs and drink orange juice. At lunch I eat white bread and ham. At dinner I eat subway foot long sandwich with white bread. At night I drink a lot of water and do around 2 sets of 10 crunches and 15 pushups. At this rate how fast will I achieve a 6 pack? Ok so it’s been a long *** time now!

I’ve lost 25 pounds in a year of time, and I started noticing my abs started to form into packs. Right now when I take off my shirt and go like 5 feet from the mirror, I can see 4 packs. I’m sure I have 6 already, because I’m seeing the mini top 2 starting to show, I can feel all 6 of them except the mini top 2 is not yet popping out.

My question is, would I be able to get visible 6 packs by june? When I pull down my fat, it’s ripped, you can see 6 pack of real muscles, it’s amazing except I have a thin layer of fat to go.

I’m 140 pounds and i’m 5”6′. I’m 13, and for all of the people who say 13 year olds don’t need 6 packs or no one cares about it or we can’t get them, get off my nuts.

p.s I do at least 300 or more ab workouts daily, 50 situps, 40 crunches leg flat, 40 leg bent, 40 leg in the air, then repeat the except leg lifts (upper and lower abs).

I do 100 sit ups each day, and 25-50 crunches with that as well. I weigh 62kg, I play basketball 3 times a week, and jog 1-2 times a week. When you get noticeable abs, do they hurt/feel tight ALL the time?

I’m working on abs now, after I figured out that you need cardio to drop the fat along with ab exercises to actually show the muscle. I’m not fat at all so I don’t have much fat to use. My first day of exercise, I ran on a treadmill for 25 minutes, did 25 reps on 2 ab machines, and did 50 crunches when I got home.

The next morning my stomach felt extremelyyy tight, and it hurt. I could clearly feel the outlines of where my abs would be. I failed to exercise the next two days, but it STILL felt like that first day..very tight, although it doesn’t hurt as much. So I was wondering, once you get really noticeable abs, how long does it take for it to stop hurting?

Okay, so I’m 14 and I really want 6 pack abs (or close) as fast as I can get ‘em. I’m not overweight but not super skinny and I want to feel as comfy as possible in a bikini this summer. I’ve been doing 200 crunches and 50 leg-lifts every afternoon for the past 3 days and can see my abs taking shape slightly but I want to know if there’s anything I can do to speed this up. For an athlete can you still get stronger abs by using your body weight (crunches etc.) instead of weights?

Breakfast – Weetabix or a healthy cereal.
Am snack – Apple
Lunch – Cheese sandwich with lettuce
Pm snack – Nuts
Dinner – Chicken, with potatoes or rice.

Exercise:
Lots of cardio (1 hour+ running, football)
Football at break time and lunchtime.
