I’m 17, I have a fairly decent diet, I’m doing 30mins of cardio a day and 30mins of weighted crunches 2-5 times a week, i’m also taking creatine supplements. I’m 5′10" and 134 pounds. My body fat is somewhere between 6.5 and 8%. So does anybody know roughly how long it might take me to get reasonably defined abs and then maybe a decent six-pack?

Well, I am 14 and I hit a golf ball 250 and I know I am strong, but I am sick of having a little flub everywhere. I have a work out every Monday, every night i do 50 push ups, 50 crunches with leg ups, and 50 leg lifts on my stomach for each leg. I eat OK, just an occasional cookie here and there, I don’t over eat or anything. So how do I get rid of a little flub over my stomach, and back?

I’ve been doing some crunches and cycling. I do 10 sets of 50 crunches using the Ab Rocket everyday and about 30-45 min cycling 4 times a week.

Okay. I’m 16. I’m 110 lbs. And I play two sports and I have very muscular legs but my mid section is just flat. I want a six pack or at least some definition. What can I do to get a six pack fast. Or at least kind of fast.

Crunches or push ups?

I never do ab exercise, except like 5 times in a year. But when I’ll do some crunches you can see my abs really good. I’m just wondering if I start doing crunches everyday, how long would it take me to get a six pack?

i’m 13 and really want to get six pack abs and i eat 900-1350 calories a day and eat apples and pears. I take occassional walks and do alot of sit ups and crunches and can feel the abs under about 5-8 pounds of stomach fat. How can i get rid of the fat and increase the muscle size but mostly the fat. Okay, so I’m 14 and I really want 6 pack abs (or close) as fast as I can get ‘em. I’m not overweight but not super skinny and I want to feel as comfy as possible in a bikini this summer. I’ve been doing 200 crunches and 50 leg-lifts every afternoon for the past 3 days and can see my abs taking shape slightly but I want to know if there’s anything I can do to speed this up. I know that your body can get used to certain exercises if you do them too much, so i want to know what all i can do to work on my abs. All i know for upper abs is sit-ups and all i know for lower abs is crunches and leg-lifts. What all other things can i do? I am pretty slim…. I do sit ups and other types of crunches and ab workouts but my abs are still not visible! What can I do to make them visible? I also eat pretty healthy…

I have been exercising for about 3 years now and i want to start working harder and try to get a six pack..i started do crunches about 120 evryday along with 30 mins of cardio..i can see the muscle forming but it isnt fully visible yet, but i dont see any further results from the crunches..do i continue to do the crunches along with the cardio? or are there other eating habits and exercises i should try? Well I want a six pack, and I am wondering if this is a healthy diet to get a six pack?

Breakfast – Weetabix or a healthy cereal.
Am snack – Apple
Lunch – Cheese sandwich with lettuce
Pm snack – Nuts
Dinner – Chicken, with potatoes or rice.

Exercise:
Lots of cardio (1 hour+ running, football)
Football at break time and lunchtime.
Before bed, some V crunches.

Anyone know of any good pec and abdominal exercises that don’t involve weights or machines. Things that I can do at home or at practice, like pushups, crunches and planks. I am a competitive swimmer so I am not going for bulky muscles, but more lean and quick. Any good Ideas?
