6 pack abs question. PLEASE HELP.?

I don’t know what’s going on. I’m physically fit, not overweight at all (if anything underweight), and I’ve started to work out. I can understand why I don’t have a 6 pack, because I’ve only recently been really working out, but I have a question/problem that bamboozles me. My friend has a 6 pack and we go to the gym together…. After doing whatever is in our workout schedule, we always do abs. We get to the weight room, and we each to a set or two of 100 crunches on a crunch machine or whatever you want to call it. No matter how many either of us do, he always tires out before me. Today he did about 200 and I literally did 700… This confuses/annoys me because he has a six pack and I have almost no definition at all yet I can outdo him in ab workouts without being the least bit sore. The only reason I stopped at 700 was because he wanted to go. It hurts while I’m doing it, to the point that I have to stop to relieve the pain, but once it goes away after a few seconds, no matter how intense the pain was, my abs are not sore. Today for example, after doing 700 crunches, the same way my friend was doing them plus my own way which hurts much more, my abs are not sore. Can anyone explain this?

How long will it take to get abs with definition?

I do boxing, 80 push ups, 80 crunch, 80 arms sits, and 40 minutes of cardio 3 times a week.My abs are starting to show a little bit not like 2 pack or 4 pack yet, but simple question how long will it take? I’m also 5,7 weight 125 pounds. In addition, I considerably have a fruit shake every other day and eat decently well for a teenager.

6 pack abs i need tips on definition?

Ok here it is i have a 6 pack but it isn’t as defined as i would like it. is there anyting i can do besides crunches or even a different crunch procedure. or like eating or diet plans? or anything you think would help.

Are sit ups or crunchs better for 6 pack abs?

I have trouble doing a proper crunch so would just doing sit ups do the trick? Ive been doing them for about 2 weeks now gaining muscle but no visable results yet.

Is this enough to get nice abs?

Basically, I’m down to 1,300 calories a day. All healthy foods. Also, 3 times a week I do cardio (elliptical, treadmill, bike, etc) for 30 minutes, then do my abs, legs, etc. I do 50-65 lbs on the crunch machine, 100 each time I go to the gym. So 300 crunches a week. Is this effective, or should I be doing more?

I need to get abs, can anyone give me tips on somethings?

Here is where I stand, I have access to a gym- I have a skipping rope, a track field nearby, a swimming pool that covers enough to do endurance swim, and I have knowledge on the crunch techniques and all. Can anyone give me a daily routine I can follow, and the foods I need to eat and avoid?

Is it possible to get solid abs within 1 month?

I’ve just started basic crunch and just wondering if its possible to get solid abs within 1 month. I’m not fat, and workout regularly, so can you please advise?
Also, would be fine just doing basic crunches and nothing else? or would i need to do something else as well?

How can I get a flat tummy the natural way?

I try to start a crunch or sit up. I can’t even get into position! I try to do one crunch, and my head and chest go up, but the other parts of me stay down…and my legs are propped up. I’ve tried this on my bed, and that’s when I atleast go that far up. On the floor with my legs under a table, only my head makes it off the floor. I’d like to see if I can get a flat stomach by new years. Is there anyway that this severely out of shape woman can get a flat tummy? That’s the only area I want to work on at this time…for now, I like everything else the way it is. plz help. thanks.

how can i get six pack abs?

I had Scoliosis back surgery over a year ago. And it is very hard for me to do a crunch. Does anyone know any exercises i can do that are crunch-less
I can’t do crunches at all. My spine is not very flexible

Six pack ab diet – workout – ?

Hello everyone , i was wondering what a good six pack abs diet is.. Can you please just get to the point. Everyone who posts just talks and talks and its hard to find the info.. ill tell you some stuff now such as my workouts, weight , height , and daily intake.

Breakfast – Oatmeal Or Yogurt Or cereal most of times
Snack – sometimes , mostly yogurts
Lunch – Turkey Sandwiches or I dont know =/ probably popcorn with no salt or butter. ( at school i just drink water and have like a turkey wrap or so.
After School Snack – Yogurts i guess dont really know
Dinner – What ever My moms makes.. but mostly fish and chicken i like to eat

Workout – my coach gave me 1 (phase I and II ) constists of lunges , weights such as bench deadlifts , front bridges , pullups , and some stuff with dumbels.
- I added some Ab workouts such as laying down move feet like a bike and left oposite eblows to knees
- also lay down 6 inch off ground ur feet go up and crunches and stuff

- Im 5’6 ish maybe a little bit taller.
- Im about 132 Pounds

Also! When i crunch I can see My top 4 six pack abs.. only when i crunch.. Im trying to get some fat off the bottom part of my stomach.. Its not noticable with shirt on but without its just a little bit like a couple of pounds off my stomach. Please help me by
1. New lower stomach workouts
2. Best foods for six pack
3. Your oppinios / suggestions

What is the name of the No Crunch Ab workout on TV?

There is a no crunch ab workout DVD on TV mainly for women. I can’t remember what its called and haven’t seen it lately. Its driving me nuts. Looks like a whole lot of core yoga.

What is the best ab workout in your opinion?

im 16 and i’ve been doin some ab workouts
but what in your opinion is the best ab workout
it can be a complete set workout eg: 3 minute ab workout, or it can just be one exercise eg: crunch, plank, superman, what ever there is.
