How to get 6 or 8 pack abs if my body is Not having a High Metabolism.?
I am a body builder and working out since 8 years. and now i am muscular and huge. So before many years, i tried to get 6 pack abs and was fully into it in addition to becoming muscluar. i was on strict diet. used to do cardio and aerobics. and also all types of crunches and leg raises. but even in 7 or 8 months i just became very lean and thin. and was very little muscular and stomach was very flat but no 6 or 8 packs. so i dropped that routine and concentrated on big muscles and now i am huge and muscular with so many supplements. not having a belly. but not flat or 6 pack abs.
so now i got the size. now i want 6 or 8 packs too. but my fear is all my effort will go waste same like before and i feel only the guys with high metabolism in their body get this 6 packs. and i get fat very soon if i eat oily food. so i don’t eat much oily food. so now what workouts should i do and take which supplements, in addition to heavy weight lifting to get 6 packs and also i don’t want to loose even a centimeter of my size mainly on the arms and shoulder. please help.

6 Pack Abs HELP Please?!?
Ok, so basically is there a way without the fancy stuff to check how much body fat I need to lose to get a 6 pack? . I’ve heard the percentage is like 6-12 %, but personally I dont know how much I have. It’s because I am already skinny, and I want a 6 pack. But i’m trying to get bigger, so I dont want to slim down more by doing alot of cardio :s But I still want the 6 pack abs!

bowl of Wheaties cereal with sillk milk
Lunch
Sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes and peppers
Oatmeal and sadly I ate 1 coconut bun
Around 2:30 pm I did 30 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes ab exercise
Dinner
Teriyaki chicken without the teriyaki sauce,bowl of veggies and a bowl of fruit

hey, could anyone give me some information on what exercises i could do do acheive 6 pack abs. I dont have acess to a gym, and i hate doing sit ups because of the pain it puts on your back. I am 16, weigh 175 and am 6,2 . Yes i know a healthy diet, and cardio are needed. Any information on what exercises, standing up, or ones i can do without too much pain on back, how often to do them, and how many reps/ sets etc, would be very much appreciated. How to get abs and chest in one summer?
Im a tall, skinny guy and ive already been working on my abs but nothings really doing the trick. Everyday i do 200 situps and like 35 x 35kg weights. I have a whole summer where im alone and i want to get a six pack! Hey Everyone for summer time I wanna look good and I really want to get my abs showing. Right now my body is just average except I got a big chest and big arms. My midsection, though it is flat, is covered with a sheet of fat and love handles. I’d be set with the sixpack if it wasn’t for that. So for the next 3 months I’m eating clean and doing cardio and weight training.
Here’s my routine
Monday,Tuesday,Thursday, Friday: Weight Training
Monday-Sunday: Cardio and Yoga
And then I’m planning on eating healthy I passed the dark days so now its second nature to me. Oh and I asked numerous personal trainers if you doing cardio everyday was good or bad and all of them said it was Great. So would this routine show a Sixpack in 3 months for my body type?

Hello Yahoo Community, Today I went to the Bally’s total fitness for the first time ever and I was very tired when coming back home. I think that doing a bit of everything except any thing of lifting weights I can improve my cardio and burn fat. I think that I have the exercising for me set and also including the 20-30 minutes I walk from school. One thing that I am missing from this is the meals.
