I want to work out from home to get six pack ab’s and have larger biceps. What should I do? I have under 8% body fat so I don’t think I need to do any cardio. I can see lines for my ab’s very faintly when I look in the mirror so I just want to make them more obvious. And bulk up my arms. Any suggestions?
I understand that abs exercises are important in actually building the muscle. But it will never show if its underneath, even a thin layer of fat. What’s the most effective way to get toned abs to show through. Should you do tons of cardio on top of the abs exercises? Such as running?

However, I also want to get bigger. Thus, that means maximum muscle gain. So they are telling me not to do too much cardio, eat a lot and lift weights like crazy.

I do lots of cardio by playing sports, and I lately I’ve been lifting weights twice a week while taking whey and my arms have gotten quite a bit bigger.
