So I workout everyday doing cardio. Eliptical pretty much the whole time and burn 1000 calories. Two different types of elipticals. I drink tons of water, and I’m a bird eater. haha to put it in a strange way. I have lost about 23 pounds since october, and i am alot more tone. Though my abs are flat i don’t see any definition. There isn’t much fat on my stomach , what can I do exactly to achieve define abs in maybe a month or so? Also my butt still is wide, how can I lift it dramatically?
any workout tips woould be excellent, and also a diet plan to lose 8 more pounds.
I am 20 years old, 112-115 lbs, sometimes 110. And I am 5′3 – 5′4. I would like to be a stable 110 lbs. It alwayyss changes. So I would rather be 105 lbs. I don’t think that is unhealthy for me, only because of my body type. I have a small frame, but all my weight goes to my butt.

i’m 13 and really want to get six pack abs and i eat 900-1350 calories a day and eat apples and pears. I take occassional walks and do alot of sit ups and crunches and can feel the abs under about 5-8 pounds of stomach fat. How can i get rid of the fat and increase the muscle size but mostly the fat. Any foods, tips or anything will help. Please no jokes

I work out regularly…play basketball, and am active…i eat eh…some junk but i know i eat below the number of calories i lose a day….I’m muscular but i have a little belly fat..just enough so you cant see my abs completely and i have some fat on my love handles…im not sure where to go from here.

ok so i heard the only way to get a 6pack abs is to reduce your body fat ok so how should i reduce my body fat? and my other question is is it possible to get a 6 pack if im 11% body fat and my trainner said i need 8% body fat for my 6 pack is it possible to get a 6 pack in 2 months if i eat healthy and run every day i usually burn 250 calories running a day should i burn more? what else should i do?

I want a six pack really badly but i have a big layer of fat over my stomach. I have about 2000 calories a day and i do 100 situps, 200 crunches, 30 legups, 50 squats, and 20 pushups each day. I have about 5 glasses of water each day. Am I on a good routine? Should I see reults soon? How long will it take to get a six pack abs.

and eating 5 small meals a day. Getting 145 grams of protein, 80 grams of good carbs, and about 1,600 calories. I’m 15 years old and a boy so I have a pretty fast metabolism. So how long will it take?

what about the fat?
I suppose if I did use it, albeit the higher fat content is often misunderstood being its a different type of fat, I would drink it more as a straight mrp, without adding much as to not make calories any higher.
Whereas currently I have a powder with only 90 cals. Which I add stuff too to make a mrp which raised calories. I suppose MLL would not require the additives.

I have been on a regiment for 3 months now and have lost 35 pounds. I do weight lifting 3 times a week and do ab exercises. My stomach is still flabby and I have a ways to go. I drink pretty much only water, with the occasional diet soda once or twice a month. I dont eat a lot of sugars but i do eat some and i eat healthy and keep under 1500 calories. Is this good after 3 months? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get tighter abs? Anything I can do to make the weight loss go faster? Or am I at the right pace? Any help would be great and thank you in advance.

I really want a six pack. Don’t ask me why, it’s just one of them things! I’m currently 5ft 9” and 9 stone 10 lb and male. I’m not the most muscular person ever but I do have quite strong abdominal and arm muscles which i know contribute to my weight. My body fat is around 16.5% and i’ve read you need 12% maximum to have a visible six pack. I have a small layer of fat (1 inch) covering my abdominals and about 2 inches on my lower belly (pouch) and I was wondering how long it would take to get from 16.5% to 12%? I have lowered my calories by roughly 1000 aday (2500 to 1500) on a balanced diet. I do 30-60 minutes cardio each day and work my abs every second day as i know it’s easy to overwork them. Does anyone have any idea on how long this will take me? Or any suggestions on where i can improve.

i know you need totaly different diets for each abs require less calories, biceps more. is it possible to train each to the best possible at same time?
if not which is better to do first i assume biceps n the lose the body fat if any, i dont have much.
also which are more preferable abs or biceps

Hi all!!!
Im on a mission to become a fit machine!!!! About a month ago i was 14 st 2 lbs, now im 12 st 11 lbs. This is through going to the gym about 3 times a week and losing 1000 calories each time on a treadmill. My stomach doesnt seem to be any slimmer though and its getting on my nerves. Something is working as ive lost all that weight quite fast, but will the same method of exercise eventually lose me my belly!!!
