I’m 17, I have a fairly decent diet, I’m doing 30mins of cardio a day and 30mins of weighted crunches 2-5 times a week, i’m also taking creatine supplements. I’m 5′10" and 134 pounds. My body fat is somewhere between 6.5 and 8%. So does anybody know roughly how long it might take me to get reasonably defined abs and then maybe a decent six-pack?

I’m very healthy, I exercise everyday. I eat healthy, but I’m pretty skinny. I’m 135 lbs, 5′8 1/2, 15 years old, and my body fat is less than 10%, i haven’t checked in a couple months, but when I weighed 125 i was 3% body fat. I can do sit-ups/crunches EASILY, but i want a defined six pack, that will always show even when i dont flex (like the hollister posters lol)

how long will it take to get a six pack, and how many curl-ups/sit-ups/crucnhes would i have to do a day?

by the way, I am FAR from overweight, and I am very thin, like I’ve said before.

Okay , so , i ‘ ve heard that if you do abb exercises & build abs underneath your fat your stomach will be bigger . I am 5 ‘ 8 & i weigh 150 lbs , i have chub on my stomach , but not like aton of it , i just want a flat stomach , then abs . How do you loose body fat first , then get abs ? im a slim guy bout 125 im 5′5 i have about 16% of body fat
i know i have the abss but they just wont showww
what are some work outs i can do to have them show without loosing weight????

I feel like a lot more guys have abs and muscles than girls, even girls who work out. Is that just because girls tend to have more body fat or are there other reasons?
What i’m saying is, if a guy and a girl both did the same work out would the guy gain muscle easier than the girl? And if so, why?

I am 14 5ft7 123lbs and 8% body fat. I already kind of have a 4 pack when I flex. How long will it take to get a clear full blown 6 pack (assuming I do crunches 5 days a week)?

Alright well, I’m 15 about 5′6, I weigh around 115-120, and I’m about 13 or 14 % body fat. I have a small layer of "fat" ( I guess that’s what I would call it.) on my stomach. When I flex you can kinda see the top abs, but i would like to tone them more and get rid of this layer of "fat". My question is what exercises would you recommend and what should I be eating.
Oh btw i do not have exercise equipment at home. I do how ever have access to a gym. However, i would prefer home exercises.

Ok so i want visible really bad, Im 15, 5′10, and i have about 20.6% body fat.. which i know i need to lose about 8 % of that.

I plan on getting on an exercise bike for about 30 mins, working out with weights and stuff and this is what ill eat..

Breakfast – K Cereal w/ skim milk, biscuit.. ( any suggestions i plan on having a big breakfast )

Lunch – A hot pocket, a hamburger, or a hotdog.. either one of those.. i go to school monday-fridays so ill have to eat whatever is on the menu.. but yeah ill probably eat one of those + green beans or something.

Dinner – Vegetables and Fruit..

Stop eating after 7PM.

Any other suggestions and when will i see progress and lose weight and how long will it take till eventually i have visible abs

Im 16 years old. i am about 6 foot 165lbs. i am on an extremely healthy diet. I know that spot reduction is bologna, bogus. I do cardio such as jump rope ,running, and bicycle riding everyday. I lift weights often. I do crunches(proper form) about twice a week. I am very athletic and get about 2 hours a day of exercise. i know the key to getting six pack abs is to lose over body fat, but i am in an ideal weight. My stomach has some ab cuts, but its nowhere near how i want to look. any suggestions?

I’m 160 lbs, and about 6′ 1". I want to slim down to get a more Beckham-esque body (lean muscle and low body fat). Is this enough to eat at lunch or should I also buy a chicken sandwich or something? Or chicken fingers?

He has been using "Muscle Milk" with some success but he has between 0 and 5% body fat, leaning more toward the 0 side. We know he needs to use a weight gainer but want to know if he can use that along with his muscle milk.

I’m not the most muscular person ever but I do have quite strong abdominal and arm muscles which i know contribute to my weight. My body fat is around 16.5% and i’ve read you need 12% maximum to have a visible six pack. I have a small layer of fat (1 inch) covering my abdominals and about 2 inches on my lower belly (pouch) and I was wondering how long it would take to get from 16.5% to 12%? I have lowered my calories by roughly 1000 aday (2500 to 1500) on a balanced diet. I do 30-60 minutes cardio each day and work my abs every second day as i know it’s easy to overwork them. Does anyone have any idea on how long this will take me? Or any suggestions on where i can improve.

So, I know that to get a visible six pack I need a low percentage of body fat. The lower the more visble im assuming. However, If i lose so much body fat and weight, my body would get smaller. So, how can I get a bigger stronger upper body while losing belly fat; since it isn’t possible to spot reduce fat.

Btw, I’m 5′5" weighing at 120lbs which is pretty low I think.

Right now i am exercising my abs 15 mins in the morning, 15 in the afternoon and in the evening for 10 mins. All of these before eating apart from the evening one. I do this every day,

Is it good? Or should i train every other day? Which is best to get lowered amount of body fat and get 6 pack?
