6 pack abs! PLEASE?

I have tryed for awhile for a while to get a 6 pack, but all workouts never seem to give me good results. Please give me all advice you can give me on getting defined 6 pack abs and if possible in the least amount of time.
PLEASE

also it would help if you could describe how to do the exercises if that is what you recommend.

How did you get your six pack?

I lift weights about five times a week and I’m seeing some great results, but I don’t have the six pack I want. How did you develop your six pack (what exercises, amount of time, frequency of exercise, etc.) and how do you maintain it today? Thanks.

So I’ve been working out a lot for at least 3 months now. I was lean to start, active, but have been trying to build muscle the past 3 months. But I still can’t get close to a six-pack or have the rippling abs.

I do sit ups and crunches, 3 or 4 sets of about 30 reps, but still i just have a flat stomach. I’m wondering if it could just be genetics… cuz I have friends with 6packs that I started to train with and I haven’t really seen much physical results, but they have in the same amount of time.

I was thinking of trying a cutter supplement? I don’t want to lose weight but thinking maybe that will help sculpt my abs, even though I have a low body fat % anyway????
and i dont eat junk food, i eat healthy, lots of small meals with lean meats, etc… my stomach is completely flat, i just want my abs to stick out more
and i run a couple miles twice a week but i don’t want to lose weight so I was skeptical about running more
