I only have 3 weeks max to get a flat stomach or six pack. I would rather have a six pack but a flat stomach is fine. I am not fat I only have a little fat on my stomach to lose. I am 15 and weigh 155. I ride my bike 8.5 miles everyday which takes an hour and I lift weights almost everyday or 3 days a week. I have been doing ab exercises for a few weeks but I was wondering if anyone knows how to speed the process up. ? please let me know. thanks!

How can I get a nice, flat stomach and prevent love handles from forming. Because it’s the end of winter and I think I gained a few pounds, I see love handles forming, and my stomach isn’t flat anymore. What can I do to prevent all of this?

I do about 100 sit ups per night, including twisting ones for my sides and ones where I lift my legs and bum off the floor aswell as normal ones but I build muscle quite easily and now my tumy is sticking out in a kind of 6 pack! i’m a woman so it dosen’t look that great, i just wanted a flat stomach, how do I do it?

I do sit ups every night but it doesnt seem to be helping, i weigh 8 stone and am 5 ft 4. But i just really want a flat stomach. Does anyone have any ideas on how i can get one. Also i am a vegetarian

I’m a 19 yr old girl, and I have began doing ab crunches using an ab roller everyday, as I want a flat stomach. I’m wondering is this worth my while? I have been doing around 100 to 200 sit ups daily and have also been doing the Hula Hoop for about 45 minutes a day but this has not been everyday.
I’ve also been on a diet and I’m keeping track of everything that I eat.
I am going on holiday in two weeks and just want my flat stomach back before I go but it doesn’t seem to be going down.
Can anyone help with a quick way to do it?

I’m size ten but i’m unhappy about my stomach because it’s a bulging over jeans. I’ve never had flat stomach and parents still refer it to puppy fat. Any exercises/ sorta food I should eat/not. hey im 14 years old. a girl i would like to know how can i flatten my stomach? for today i already make 100 crunches for 10 minutes. besites doing sit-ups what should i do and what meals should i eat everyday? and i dont like vegetables i only eat others like fruits and meats etc. i usually eat breads but i knw its full in carbohydrate but i heard it has loads of calcium.

I’m 5"10 and weigh 160lbs.
I dont think i need to lose weight or anything, i look fine. But with my shirt off my stomach looks really baggy and horrible!
I’ve already gone on a low calorie diet to try and help, but are there any specific foods i need to avoid to prevent more fat being stored?
As for exercise, I’ve began weight lifting and am thinking about going running? What’s the best fat loss exercise?
And have you got any other tips for me?

Im 18 and have always felt insecure about my stomach fat im about 5ft 5 and about 10 and half stone and when i sit down my tummy has rolls or well one big fat roll and 1 roll under my bra its really horrible and im not exaggerating it is really bad even when i stand up you can see that it is fat round there. I eat more or less healthly i have a healthy meal at dinner but mums cooking is lovely and i always have more than 1 portion sometimes 3 if there was a roast dinner. I dont think im fat but i just hate my stomach its fat everywhere else is fine im happy with i am a curvy girl but i dont mind being curvy but i do want to lose a bit of weight and deffinetly lose the tummy. Ive been trying to do situps i can only do about 10 but will this help i heard that theres no point in doing situps until youve lost the tummy fat is this right? Also what foods do i need to cut out to get rid of the tummy rolls i dont really eat much in the day so i dont understand what im doing wrong. Im planning on doing the special k diet for breakfast and lunch and then having a normal meal in the evening but what should i not be eating? I excercise about once a week! But also when it comes to weekends i just breakout and i suffer with alot of stress so when i feeling down i have comfort food which is really bad but i dont know how to get over this any ideas? Your help would be much apperciated Thanks

I go to the gym three times a week and i do 2 1/2hrs training of Aikido a week. i have given up smoking, i eat fruit and veg, i dont eat crisps or chocolate. i cycle two miles everyday (Mon – Fri) i just do not seem to be able to lose the tummy fat.
can some one help, it feels as though all the exercise is not helping.

I am currently weight training to put on muscle, and am relatively skinny except for around my stomach which has a lot of fat around it.
I do not want to do large amounts of CV because it will lose the muscle I have already achieved. How do I go about losing the fat on my stomach, especially on the sides, whilst maintaining my muscle training. I am 21 and want to achieve the V shape with a flat stomach especially on the sides. Currently it looks like an upside down V!!!!

I was basically totally inactive (no walking) for three months and took things easy for 9 months, because of a car accident. I stopped all my physical activities like dance and martial arts. I I gained quite a few pounds over that time, but most of it came off when I started my activities again.
So I just need to lose a few pounds to get back to how I was. Also lately I’ve noticed more stomach fat (NOT pregnant) Any suggestions of how to lose those pounds and stomach fat?

I’ve gained some weight over the last few years, most of it sadly on my stomach. I have been doing crunches, but the "bulge" seems to be getting bigger. Is there any truth to the rumor that doing crunches actually makes you stomach muscles bulge more?

I do get stomach cramps when I do sit-ups, but I think its from my muscles being torn. I had 2 c-sections, and I just cant seem to get my body back. I also can be very impatient sometimes. I just want it to go away! I was even thinking tummy tuck, what do ya think?

Im on a mission to become a fit machine!!!! About a month ago i was 14 st 2 lbs, now im 12 st 11 lbs. This is through going to the gym about 3 times a week and losing 1000 calories each time on a treadmill. My stomach doesnt seem to be any slimmer though and its getting on my nerves. Something is working as ive lost all that weight quite fast, but will the same method of exercise eventually lose me my belly!!!
