Im 13 years old, weigh 105 pounds and are 5′5. First of all i know that people my age should not try to lift weights because it can affect your growth but is it ok to try and get a six pack? And also, what are some ways I can do this and how long will it take?

i’m 13 years old (almost 14) and i weigh about 120 pounds. how many crunches a day should i do to get a six pack to get a six pack in like 1.5months or 2 months? i also do a lot of cardio so dont worry about that.

Hello.. well I’m 13 years old, almost 14 and I’m trying to get 6pack abs. I’m about 5′5 tall and I weigh 115 lbs.

I’ve been doing some crunches and cycling. I do 10 sets of 50 crunches using the Ab Rocket everyday and about 30-45 min cycling 4 times a week.

I am 13 years old. I weigh 155 pounds which i think is 60-75 kg but I’m not positive. I have noticeable hips. I Wear 32inch waist Levi jeans which are loose fit (the ones with the tannish tag that have the red picture and label on them). They still feel kind of tight. I’m 5′5" tall. I have a fat stomach but not extremely fat. When I sit in this computer chair for a while there are red marks on my stomach from fat rubbing together. I really rather not purchase any workout items because I heard they’re all bs ripoffs but if there are any that are worth buying than I might buy it. Also I have very fat thighs(quadrocepts) and calfs. I could use any help on how to lose fat on those areas too. My primary goal is to lose fat. My Secondary goal is to noticeably gain muscle. Hi there!

I am 13 years of age and over the last what, 3-4 days have been trying to achieve those dream abs! I do plenty of cardio everyday – badminton/jogging/boxing, and also do 100 normal and reverse crunches along with lot’s of bicycle and leg lifts. I am on quite a strict healthy diet, eating plenty of fruit/veg/cerial and drinking lot’s of water.

I am trying to achieve the 6 pack before the 19th, which gives me 19 days from now before I go on holiday.

The below pictures are of what I have achieved over the past 3-4 days of trying.

Something that’s had me wondering: When lying down and by lifting my neck up just the slightest I get that dream six pack, literally, but when I tense while standing up I can only achieve a 4 pack and if I’m lucky, the outline of a six pack. I’m wondering if I am tensing wrongly, if someone could describe the exact way to tense properly that would be greatly appreciated!

Estimations on how long it will take me following this routine and of course, more suggestions to improve my workout would also be great!

Yes I know Livee, sorry I worded it wrong – I have been working out for only 3-4 days. I understand it’s not going to come that fast! :P

im 13 and i want to get a six-pack to show the bullies that im not a weak little nerd. Im too poor to afford equipment eg dumbbells and weights. I don’t have a six-pack but i hav a faint outline of a normal pack like nothing so i want to know how to get a six-pack without equipment at the age of 13 years of age?
