Six-pack in 36 days. I need a little more work but need something to boost the process?

i currently work our daily and it is safe to say i am well fit. The six pack has begun to form but i need to know the proper way of doing sit-ups. I ask because i have heard you are not supposed to do them every day.

Also, if anyone knows of an effective way to speed up this process please let me know
To rephrase the question. Every how long do you do situps? everyday? every other day?

    To get a Six-pack you need to do 3 things:

    1)cardio
    2)diet
    3)Training on abs

    You should train your abs as much as often as you workout every other muscle. I would give at least 1 day inbetween each workout or do maybe 2 times a week. I found an article at hardbodyfitnessexercises.info in the nick nilsson section that says when doing situps that when you’re in the top position, "you should breathe in and out slowly a few times. Try to relax every other muscle except the abs. This breathing in and out will intensify the contraction"

    I get asked lots of questions at my website on how can I get ripped abs. Many guys wish for a washboard set of abs and I answer exactly the same every time.

    To get ripped abs, 3 disciplines are needed, and you will have to get very good at all of them. You will not get six pack abs doing exercise only while pigging out on crap food.
